This island was the best part of our Mauritius trip. Please include this in your itinerary if you visit Mauritius. It was an awesome day spent leisurely at a surreal place and have no words to describe the wonderful hospitality, the scrumptious barbecue, the serene ocean, and the awesome beach. Absolutely loved it. If you have NOT visited this island,... More

This was a fantastic, lazy and sumptuous day of rest and relaxation. As an extended family we have been on day trips to other islands around Mauritius and were told about Ile des Dueux Cocos as being something a bit different. We couldn't have picked a more beautiful day for our trip. The moment we boarded the boat that took... More

Rent your own island from 600 EUR/night on (including your own cook and a maid) - what a dream. We just spent a half day there for 20 Euros (we just asked one of the ships in Blue Bay to drive as there), but was also nice ;-)))

Spent a wonderful day on the island. We were greeted with cold towels and a refreshing drink, given a briefing on what to expect from the day, from the free bar to the comfortable seats, when lunch would be ready. An opportunity to snorkel on the Blue Bay Reef or visit it on a grass bottomed boat was also included. Showers... More

We signed up for a day on this little island, just off the south east coast of Mauritius, close to Blue Bay. A small boat ferried us across to the island, 20 at a time, taking about 5 minutes to arrive. We were warmly greeted by the staff from the excellent LUX hotel group and told what activities were available... More
