Pharaoh Dive Clubs are small and friendly dive centres located at quiet uncrowded resorts around the Red Sea.Both Marsa Alam and El Quseir are local, friendly towns with a traditional Egyptian atmosphere. Each centre has a unique appeal to suit the different needs of all our divers whether travelling alone,as a couple or in a group. We listen to what you like and tailor the dive sites around you. You will never feel part of the masses but instead part of the family. We are a British owned and operated PADI 5*IDC National Geographic Dive Centre with multi-lingual European and Egyptian staff. The area between El Quseir and Marsa Alarm is considered one of the most beautiful diving regions of the Red Sea and one of the few diving areas of the Red Sea which is still unaffected by mass tourism

We have been coming to this part of the Red Sea for many years and have stayed in numerous places. Since finding Roots Camp and Pharaoh Dive Club we have settled. Our visits have been at various times of the year, February, March, July, September and November. Diving has been possible at the house reef every time as it has... More

One of the best housereefs you can imagine. Many divesites nearby for awesome (shore) diving. Great staff and personal service. Excellent food and no mass tourism.

This was our fourth year for Christmas and New Year at Pharaoh Dive Club and Roots Camp. Surprisingly with all the troubles going on in Egypt we thought it would be really quiet this year. How wrong we were. Over 40 for lunch on Xmas day! Pharaoh Dive Club and Roots camp is all about the people. You can be... More

Very professional friendly dive company, once geared up you keep everything in a numbered box so you keep the same equipment all week. The dive staff are great we dived with Fathi, Mostafa and Horis, all had great English and pointed things out as we dived. Good quality equipment is provided. Great reef/fish, house reef is just a stroll over... More

With dazzling colours under the sea from coral to fish coupled with supreme viewing of the Milky Way in the night sky, makes this camp simply perfect.

I stayed at the Roots Camp El Quseir for one week. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Because of the small size, you meet everybody (guests and staff) quickly. There were people from many different countries and a wide range of age. Several guests were there not for the first time. This March was very windy but they made... More

My boyfriend and I spent 2 weeks with Pharaoh dive club at Roots Camp El Quseir. On arrival, we were delayed getting through passport control and I was worried that the driver sent to collect us would think we hadn't turned up! But he was there waiting. When we reached the camp, we were greeted with drinks and our luggage... More
