Beautiful venue for a wedding! The "oldest" winery in the US and has so much character for a wedding backdrop. The outdoor grounds also lended itself to a beautiful outdoor ceremony. The entire staff could not be more accommodating. Check it out!

We had planned to tour Brotherhood and do the wine tasting, however we got there a little to late for the tour, so we just did the tasting. It was so nice and pleasant. We learned a lot about the wine we were tasting, and got to bring home the wine glass! We were also able to shop in the... More

Went to the Beer and Wine festival this past weekend. Nice place, but I had a totally different thought of what this festival would be like before going in. Walked up and there was a tent for the wine with about 7 or 8 stations of wine. I was expecting more I guess. The location of the tasting tent was... More

My friends and I were out and about in Orange County looking at some old homes, and I found Brotherhood on a random Google search for local wineries. A quick 20 minute drive down 208 and we were there. It was kind of late in the day...close to 4pm I think, and we had missed the last tour by a... More

We took the tour and wine tasting. The tour takes you down into the old wine cellars. You can see old casks and hear about the history of the tour but there was no tour of any of the vinayard, estate or actual wine making. After the tour they took the entire group of about 40 of us and crammed... More

Brotherhood is the oldest winery in America. It was even operating during the prohibition because it produced Communion Wine for Christian churches. The ground are beautiful and are improved every year. The people are very helpful and the wines are great. Very reasonably priced. You can relax on the grounds and have a good meal in the restaurant. They also... More

Brotherhood is an excellent winery with a nice set of inexpensive summery wines. All the wines I tasted were great. The cellar tour was very exciting- cold and damp but nice education. The winery setting is very beautiful- can easily spend the whole day.

We went here on an afternoon sunday in April place is basically quiet. Nice thing was that the tasting and tour was available with only a ltitle wait. The staff was very friendly and when we asked about the other wines from Chile they had available were offered some. We did buy case of wine of both brotherhood and casas... More

My husband & I had not visited Brotherhood Winery for 40 years, so we were pleasantly surprised by the charming upgrades. We arrived for the first tour & tasting @ 11:30 AM with tour guide Dave who was a wealth of info and anecdotes. The 45 min tour of the museum & cellars ends in the very comfortable tasting room...
