Stayed there last night as an overnight escape for my stressed wife. Valet and check-in were better than most casinos but, they were getting 4 feet of snow in Buffalo so there weren't a lot of travelers on the road. We had a room on the fourth floor and got turned around three times trying to find it. The odd... More

Have been going for years...Why...husband likes the night out. Never have walked out a penny ahead. Slots are a rip.....very poor odds...They need competition and regulation. Ate at the Italian Restaurant. 2hr wait. Food very blah. Husband will not try Italian again. Very disappointing. They need competition. Pay attention to Atlantic City.

I just read other reviews and apparently there were non smoking areas in the casino. We never saw one and if you are a non smoker the smoke gets pretty bad. There were tons of penny and nickel slots had a harder time finding quarters. The alcohol is very cheap and service is quick and friendly. We had dinner at... More

Good variety of games. Many restaurants and eating opportunities. A little "smokey" within the gaming area but a good stopover on my way to Syracuse.

Bought tickets for event center show well in advance, unable to get hotel room 5 weeks in advance (5 venues nearby). Dinner reservation at Pino Bianco 7 days in advance for 5 pm only (8 pm show). Waitress/server making excuses for slim menu due to show audience/crowd, yet gave us two special entrees and one special app. (we weren't disappointed... More

The experience was great. The room was excellent, food court had plenty to offer, there were many areas for non smoking. The people at the bus area information desk were fantastic; in particular Melinda,Bob and Rene '. I had left my carry-on bag on the bus thinking the bus would still be there and it had all the meds for... More

Stayed here with friends and family for a weekend wedding. We stayed at the Inn. It was nice, no elevator but we only stayed on the second floor. There is a shuttle bus that will take you to and from the casino and other areas of the resort. The driver is really nice and dropped us for pizza one night.... More

stayed here recently on a business trip for a conference with a group of people. Every one of us had about 10 flies in our rooms. When one person complained the next morning they said "oh you should have told us". When 10 of 10 of us has a room full of flies my guess is you know you have... More

All the games you expect to find at a Casino are here, available 24/7. I , personally, am not a real gambler so Casinos themselves do not excite me. It is the restaurants, the Shows and shopping that are attractive.

Casinos are an "attraction" for us. We like to visit, walk around, try the restaurants or buffets, people watch, see a show on an occasion and occasionally spend a couple bucks and try our luck on gaming. TS has it all to offer anyone wanting to enjoy the experience whether it being staying there, the sauna, pools, massages, restaurants, golf,... More
