I go to Turningstone at least once a week. I eat at Season Havest Buffet I think it is a very good place to eat. I have fun at the games. I don't win a lot. I do love going there and it is always clean.I do not care for the cigarette smoke smell, made be I note it so... More

A bunch of friends and I travelled to Turning Stone Casino and resort for a bachelorette party in November. Pulling up to the resort we were optomistic as it looks lovely from the outside. We had a lovely man get our bags and show us up to our rooms. The complimentary valet is a nice touch. Upon entering the hotel... More

Allow me to start off by copying what another reviewer said to sum up my experience and then I will follow with my own words: I can go on and on but wish to make one additional point. In a service industry such as a casino, I did not encounter ONE SINGLE casino employee that was friendly. Not one. This... More

What a ball, machines are different from any others we've been on, but at least they DO pay a little, first time in quite a while, I actually left with more than I came with. The place is kinda small, but seemed to be clean. If in the area, just stop in for a few minutes, you will enjoy.

Group of us saw comedian Ron White. Very funny...as expected. No disappointment there. As for the rest of the place...smokey, smelly, and filled with every dirt chicken who still has some of their monthly left to blow on all the wrong crap.....God Bless America. Can't testify about the hotel part, but I heard no complaints. Would consider returning.

Went to T.S. a few weeks ago. They were getting ready to put up their Holiday Decorations both inside and outside. We stayed an overnight. The Buffet is the best in this area. With a great amount of variety and a cost that is just right for the amount of choice. Gambling on the other hand is what I would... More

Stayed there last night as an overnight escape for my stressed wife. Valet and check-in were better than most casinos but, they were getting 4 feet of snow in Buffalo so there weren't a lot of travelers on the road. We had a room on the fourth floor and got turned around three times trying to find it. The odd... More

Thank you very much for this informative review. We do have a non-smoking section on our gaming floor, and we will make a better effort to let our guests know about this option when staying with us. We are also continuing to look for ways to minimize the amount of smoke on the casino floor in all areas. Thank you... More

I just read other reviews and apparently there were non smoking areas in the casino. We never saw one and if you are a non smoker the smoke gets pretty bad. There were tons of penny and nickel slots had a harder time finding quarters. The alcohol is very cheap and service is quick and friendly. We had dinner at... More

Good variety of games. Many restaurants and eating opportunities. A little "smokey" within the gaming area but a good stopover on my way to Syracuse.

Bought tickets for event center show well in advance, unable to get hotel room 5 weeks in advance (5 venues nearby). Dinner reservation at Pino Bianco 7 days in advance for 5 pm only (8 pm show). Waitress/server making excuses for slim menu due to show audience/crowd, yet gave us two special entrees and one special app. (we weren't disappointed... More
