Casino personel are friendly and helpful. Casino has a non-smoking slot area off to a side and not close to the smoking section of the slot area. Casino is extremely crowded and difficult to find a slot machine or a seat at a table game. The signage in the Casino is awful. When they expanded they should have redone there... More

Had a poker tournament here and booked accomodations for a couple of nights. The casino is quite inpressive, grounds are beautiful. The front desk/hotel registration was polite. Valet parking was courteous and pretty quick. Stayed in just a regular hotel room and it was clean. Had a coffee maker in the room and beds were comfortable. We went for breakfast... More

I was at the Turning Stone on July 25th to catch the live boxing show. I thought the venue was great , and there is not a bad seat in the house. the set up consists of stadium seating on two parallel sides and floor seats around the ring. Kind of like if it was in a hockey rink, minus... More

So I go to turning stone on August 13th because they were having a slot tournament and if you earned 250 points you got a free entry into the tournament. Cool right? Not... I played blackjack for FOUR HOURS with an average bet of $10. I'm guessing you play about 30 hands in am hour so that's $300 an hour... More

We didn't have any reservations & we just looked through our AAA books & used Google to find some place between Canada & New Hampshire. Found this resort casino on something like 3,500 acres & we had no idea this existed. HUGE resort with numerous options for rooms, suites, etc. Once we got a room, we had no idea what... More

Typical casino ... if you like to gamble you'll be happy. If you don't like casinos, you will not enjoy the smoke filled rooms and corridors.

For 8 months I have been trying to use my free room. Either there "booked" or "no upgrades" available. When you travel with kids who wants to stay a mile away. In 8 months I have been told that I don't spend enough money and or I am not a regular. Wow lame excuses. I should just stop spending my... More

traveling back home to nashua,nh. from Niagra Falls we split up the ride by stopping in at the Turning Stone Casino. I had been there 3 years ago where made a killing at the blackjack table. This time it was a different story, leaving them with a hefty deposit. So now, about the casino. The casino has a a great... More

Thank you very much for your feedback. We just want to add that we do offer rooms for as low as $90 at Turning Stone; the room that your are referring to ($350/night) is actually our AAA 4-Diamond award winning suits at The Lodge. More

The good part is that you can now get drinks at the casino. The bad is that they have replaced a lot of the older slot games that were fun to play. Also, I believe that the pay outs are less than they used to be. My family frequents the casino often and they just don't win as often as... More
