Two of us "big kids" took a day trip to the animal adventure. We were very impressed with the beauty of the place as were pulling in. Plenty of free parking. The upper restaurant looked very elegant for nice evening meals. There was a smaller cafe downstairs but we did not eat there. The petting zoo had a good variety... More

I had no idea this cool place was so close to my home. I was recently told about it by a friend and am glad we went. The one hour safari ride had far more interesting animals than I expected (I thought it would be cows, horses, deer, and raccoons), including elk, water buffalo, wildebeest, emu, ostrich, zebra, etc. and... We have season passes and try to go as often as possible. If you love animals this is the place to be. Occassionally we see those non animal lovers squeeling " oh the smell" and " oh that water buffalo just got mud on me". Yes people this is a real farm and it will smell and yes the animals... More

The safari ride allows you to be up close to and feed Bison, Elk, Water Buffalo, Zebras, Ostrichs and many other animals. In the petting zoo, you can feed goats, donkeys and other animals. Very child friendly and you can spend as much time as you desire in the petting zoo area.

It's a bit expensive and standing in line to board can be VERY cumbersome but seeing the somewhat odd mix of beasts up close is lots of fun. They really need to issue tickets to specific ride departures so that you (or at least one person/sucker from your group) doesn't get stuck waiting in the line (outside) for boarding. We... More

We live a mile from this wonderful attraction and take visitors there every chance we get. Yes, it is a little pricey, but it is worth every penny. You will come away with amazing photos and a big smile. The trolley through the beautiful farmland is loads of fun. You will see herds of buffalo, elk and water buffalo. There... More

If you have ever wanted to get up close and personal with a yak, waterbuffalo, long horn steer or other exotic hooved creatures from all over world, this is the place to go. Warning: some of these guys take bad breath to a whole new level, and most have groupies of the fly variety, but hey, its worth the experience.

We visited on a rainy fall day, which did not deter from the enjoyment of the experience at all. I have lived in NY state for 67 years and never knew this was here. The trolley ride is loads of fun, and the animals come right up to it to be fed. There are a nice variety of animals to... More

My husband and I took our 14 yr. old granddaughter there because she wanted to pet a Zebra. That she did and she fed it too! It's a beautiful country setting and would have been even more beautiful if the sun was out! Bah....drizzle. For someone who has walking problems, the walk to the trolley is a bit long, on... More
