We enjoyed the Storch theater tremendously. It was the perfect setting for the Santaland Diaries. The theater is small, do there is not a bad seat in the house!

There are 2 stages in this venue, both are on the small side. Bar in the lobby. Parking garage available across the street. Several restaurants within walking distance.

We have attended many plays at Syracuse Stage, generally musicals. This time we enjoyed Peter Pan with our granddaughter, which was fantastic! I really love the modernness of the theater. The colored light and sound display outside is intriguing and uplifting. Totally a different feel from Landmark Theater-but we enjoy both theaters. The parking across the street on Irving is... Syracuse Stage has a six or seven play season that follows the school year. Show choices are generally a good mix of high quality contemporary works and old favorites. Where Syracuse Stage excels is in set design. I haven't seen a regional theater that beats them yet for imaginative impact or efficiency of scene transition. Actors are mostly a mix... More

I love this small sized venue for equity theater. Usually the shows are outstanding. I just saw Steve Martin's version of 'The Underpants'. It was good, not great. More of a British farce sort of fast paced comedy with lots of slamming doors. I am looking forward to the rest of the theater season as a subscriber. Not a bad... More

If you like musical theater, the Syracuse Stage is an affordable venue with talented performers. I saw Kiss Me Kate performed by the students of the Syracuse University and left immensely impressed. It was a great way to spend the evening.

Anyone interested in local theater should definitely check it out… many of the actors are known players doing summer stock, etc. Professional quality presentations.

On a Thursday night 8 of us were treated to the show "Hairspray" at the Syracuse Stage. It was a wonderful experience, full of high energy, laughs and amazing singers/actors. The venue was filled to capacity and there are no bad seats. We sat in the balcony and the sound and sights were perfect. Looking into getting season tickets next... More

We are season ticket holders, and enjoy the great variety and high quality of the yearly performances. Nothing to dislike except for the snow.
