After sixteen years of living in NYC, I was spoiled, and I sometimes find it hard to enjoy regional theater. So when a friend said we should go see A Midsummer Night's Dream, I wasn't too enthusiastic. Poorly done Shakespeare can make for a long evening. But I sucked it up and went. I was blown away by the caliber... More

What a treasure. Performances are just wonderful and fabulous. Professional and local actors make the performance a pleasure to see. Very accommodating staff and the seating and sound was great. Great location and fairly inexpensive for the quality performance you attend.

We saw White Christmas in December. Great show. We were in the first row of the balcony, great seats! All seats have a good view, we have sat in various locations around the theatre. Friendly staff, great productions!

We were able to catch the last performance of August Wilson's 'Two Trains Running' last Sunday, and it was a wonderful performance. We were in town for the weekend, looking for something to do on a very cold night and found this option on Trip Advisor. We got Rush tickets for 50% off the day of the show at the... More

Love that music: many memories there. Timing was perfect, talented actors/singers/dancers. Even though we were in the last row of the balcony, we still had "good" seats--more panoramic! If the boyfriend liked it, it MUST be good! Thanks for putting on such a good production that he's now willing to go to more plays.

I've been a season subscriber for many years and I've come to expect every performance to be of excellent quality, with very fine actors. The casts are usually composed of professional actors and sometimes include local talent, especially from Syracuse University's Drama Dept. This is not community theater (which I also enjoy attending); this is the real deal, with productions... More

A small theater with highly talented actors. I enjoyed excellent seating, very good prices and enthralling plays put on by artists, local actors, staff, teachers and students of Syracuse University.

I've been to at least 5 shows at this venue, all of which were in the Archibald Theater. They only have 2 levels, and although I've only ever sat in the first level (once in one of the last rows) it doesn't seem like there is one bad seat in the place. The main theater is small and intimate. I... More
