Congress Park is downtown Saratoga Springs park. You will find two ponds, lots of ducks and people hanging out. In the summer you may find art shows, small vendors and people just lounging around. It's a great park to walk through and site and enjoy nature. There are different statues throughout. You will also find drinkable springs... but beware some... More

Park was very close to our hotel and it was interesting to see the history and variety in the park. Several different springs that you can drink from (if you're brave), fountains, walking path, ponds, and sculptures. Not a big park but definitely a place to hang out for a while on a nice sunny day.

This is a pretty little park in the town of Saratoga Springs. It's an easy walk to the entrance after you finish strolling and shopping on Broadway. There are statues, ponds, benches so you can sit and drink your coffee from Saratoga Coffee Traders, Mrs. London's, Starbucks or Uncommon Grounds. Take a book, have a picnic, look at the carousel,... Clean, scenic and full of history. There are memorial plaques dedicated to navy veterans, fountains, museum, benches, and walking trails. Beautiful scenic backdrop for photos located in the heart of the city.

We visited in early April as the snow was still melting. The park statuary and fountains hadn't been taken out of winter storage yet, and yet even without those beautiful and charming features, this park is still a beautiful place to spend an hour or so. The resident ducks are fun to watch and totally unflappable to the presence of... More

We are locals so we visit Congress Park a lot. Wonderful after a dinner downtown to just stroll around, with great views in every corner. From water features, and sculptures to the historic casino and even a restored Merry-Go-Round, there is something special for everyone. My favorite is when the trees are in full bloom, just breath taking. Make some... More

Congress Park is the most amazing park retaining it's small resort town charm with famous Saragota Spring waters bubling up to several spring water fountains, a historic Casino from yesterday and an authentic eastern coast carousel to ride preserved in its own modern structure. The park takes on additional charm with statuary complete with water fountains designed by noteworthy artisians... More
