The park is so people friendly, it just makes you smile walking within it. One of the best values in Saratoga, and it costs nothing to walk around and enjoy the many sights. It has always been well kept on my numerous visits. I enjoy the beautiful fountains especially, "Spit and Spat" people seem so happy and in harmony with... More

Cute little craft fair going on the day I went. Loved the carousel ride! Nice way to end a day in downtown Saratoga!

There's not a huge amount here, but it's a lovely 30 minute stroll. There a carrousel that's only $1 and it's very nice. There's a number of water features likes ponds, fountains and, of course, springs (little ones that resemble water fountains). There are benches, some nice roman inspired statuary, and a small museum on the edge. A beautiful stroll... More

A must stop if you are in downtown area. Beautiful place with a lot of activities and energy. We ran across a play by chance the other day and they were putting on McBeth.

Keep in mind, if you don't like walking, or nature, then a park may not be for you. My wife and I traveled through Congress Park, multiple times, on purpose. There was a free play of Macbeth, ducklings, statues, natural springs, and plenty of photo ops. It helped staying at the Holiday Inn, which was almost attached to the park,... More

Immaculately maintained and certain to please all ages. From the wonderful carousel to the Canfield casino and museum. A little pond, a bandstand , many figurines, quiet spots and great lawns.

Lovely and historic. There are nice areas, some flowers, but in need of up-keep. At the time, it looked as though they were preparing for a concert, which seemed like exactly the sort of thing that should happen there.

So pretty and right in the middle of town so it's a nice break. Liked the fact that each of the springs had a name and a description of what it was, when it was discovered etc.
