I grew up in Saratoga and moved away. I have been away for about 17 years now and every time I come back to visit I spend time in congress park. It is absolutely beautiful with so much packed into a small area. There are historic springs, statues, fountains, and an historic casino ( just a beautiful building now) as... More

We visited this park when it was raining so probably didn't get the full affect. But it was still work the visit, the grounds are very well kept and there are few interesting memorials.

The city has done a beautiful job sprucing up the park. Well worth a stroll thru. For kids and young families the carousel is good fun. The Shakespeare in the Park was wonderful. The park was designed by Frederick Law Olmstead - the Landscape Architect who designed Central Park in NYC as well as numerous parks throughout the US.

A great urban park for all ages, with a creek, carousel, public restrooms, all just steps from Broadway, Spring, Putnam, Phila, restaurants and shops. Hathorn Spring is just across the street – fun for a visit, but an acquired taste...

This Park is a quiet place. It has one of the oldest carousel in the country. It cost $1 to ride but it is a wonderful thing for the kids. They have fountains throughout the park. very romantic and family friendly.

This park is simply gorgeous. It has duck ponds, and beautiful trees and flowers. Well maintained. There is a museum on the premises about the history of Saratoga's wild days of gaming, whisky and women.

Great for family gatherings, see a play, take your child or grandchild on the Carousel. Get a drink of water from a active water spring. Great location in central Saraotoga Springs. Make sure you stop and visit.

This is a great little park within the City. It's a great place to walk, rest, read, whatever suits your fancy. It's a beautiful place to take a break from the hustle/bustle in Town. We love it!

Congress Park: lovely spot to sit or stroll. Very peaceful and nature is beautiful. There are paths and benches and the town is right there!
