A very quiet place to hang out and relax, but close to everything. The ponds with fountains and the water fowl are great to watch.

We were not there for long just took a few pictures by the fountains and fed the ducks. I was amazed there is a casino on the grounds.

The Park is beautiful, though it is mostly open flat space punctuated by antique spring fountains and a pond, and a carousel. Unfortunately it is perpetually inhabited by swarms of ducks who do their business in and out of the shallow pond, and the whole place smells like a sulfuric Hell. Worth a walk through, but you will not likely... More

Lovely park! People walking, people walking dogs, children playing near the pond. Lovely setting. You can get cups at the Visitors' Center (across from the park on the Broadway side) so that you can "sample" the mineral water that is coming out of the faucets in a couple of locations in the park. Also, there is a carousel (indoor) in... More

I really love to take walks in Saratoga's Congress Park. The children love to walk around the ponds to see the ducks, visit the natural springs, make a wish at Spit and Spat, and of course ride the beautiful carousel with it's hand carved wooden horses. This is a family friendly park with occasional theatrical performances or craft fairs too.... More

Looks like a peaceful place to relax. Loved the terrain in the park too (benches perched on top of a hill overlooking the area).

Four generations of our family enjoyed walks in this park. Our grandchildren loved the ducks. Now that we are home in Florida our three year old granddaughter wants to go back on the plane to see the ducks. My husband and I particularly liked the little pieces of history and art throughout the park. the park is very well maintained... More
