Looks like a peaceful place to relax. Loved the terrain in the park too (benches perched on top of a hill overlooking the area).

Four generations of our family enjoyed walks in this park. Our grandchildren loved the ducks. Now that we are home in Florida our three year old granddaughter wants to go back on the plane to see the ducks. My husband and I particularly liked the little pieces of history and art throughout the park. the park is very well maintained... More

Beautiful and well kept and safe location. Ponds...ducks...and a short walk from our hotel. As awedding guest I spent a few hours relaxing and reading before the wedding ceremony.

Came to saratoga springs for a girls getaway weekend. Decided to visit Congress Park, no disappointment here. Lovely area to sit on one of several benches situated in the park. Brought picnic snacks to enjoy while observing the ponds, wild life and people. Gotta love people......a wedding party was there taking pictures. What a joy to view this unforgettable life... More

This park is simply lovely with its winding paths, ponds, and fountains. It's always a laugh to watch tourists take a drink of the mineral water from the fountains and watch their faces as they taste it! Kids will enjoy the historic carousel here. There are ducks everywhere and it's always fun to watch them play.

Nothing fancy here, but a nice stop in Saratoga Springs. Taste the water at the springs in the park, and all the springs in Saratoga Springs, (there are many springs to taste around town).

So well maintained and so much nature to see. Flowers with bees buzzing, leaves just beginning to turn colors, ducks waddles the little brook babbles- all you could ask for in wonderment for a toddler.

Just park, wanted to see the historical bldg and old casino which I had read about and was told there was a fee to see the historical bldg. and it wasn't much to see by a local. Also, the Casino with it's Tiffany windows were not open tot the public.

A real gem in Saratoga Springs is this grand park with classic touches. Trees, running water, ducks, pavilions, a museum and art gallery are all part of the scene. Once you've walked up and down the main drag, this is a fine place to spend time contemplating the meaning of life.
