It's very genteel here! I thought the flowers were beautiful. There was a nice craft fair going on today and my daughter enjoyed riding on the carousel which only cost a dollar. If I lived in Saratoga, I would walk through here all of the time!

Every native knows the ducks rule the city of Saratoga Springs. The most precious thing we saw while catching Saratoga's Shakespeare in the Park's "Macbeth" was a 20 something # of ducks waddling their way across the grass directly in front of the stage apron and almost parking themselves as the audience whilst the actors were exiting the area. Kudos... More

This is a nice little park with ponds, ducks, & walkways. The carousel is beautiful and is fun for the little ones. It is not always open so check before you go if that is your main reason. Otherwise, a lovely place to walk, sit on a bench, and relax.

A nice, quiet little park in the center of town. We enjoyed the walking path and watching the ducks in the ponds. We were able to park our car while we explored the park and main street.

It's a free attraction that includes some of the famed saratoga springs. There is a carousel for the kids to ride. Not much to do, but worth a peek if you are downtown.

Park and museum provided a good historical perspective on Saratoga Springs. Park needs better maintenance

The Battle of Saratoga is often referred to as the turning point of the Revolutionary War. Celebrating Independence Day here 2014 did not disappoint with enthusiastic crowds for the fireworks display. It was a beautiful day in Saratoga, the band that played was excellent, and the fireworks were generous. Congress Park has an historic carousel for the kids and this... More

Music Sundays in July and Shakespeare In the Park were both great. Carousel is beautiful. The Spirit of Life is undergoing long needed renovations but come see her. Don't feed the ducks please. Bring a blanket and have a picnic.

If you are in the area, it's worth a walk and a picnic at the park. While visiting my sister, we enjoyed having lunch outside, and walking the path while watching the people go by. Peaceful area for a nice breath of fresh air.
