Saratoga Olive Oil Company is a family business owned and operated by Clint Braidwood, Barbara Braidwood and Chad Braidwood. Our goal is to provide the consumer with the freshest Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the world. At Saratoga Olive Oil Co., we follow the olive crush in the northern and southern hemispheres to provide the consumer with the most recently produced and healthiest oils available anywhere. Our motto is "The best olive oil is the freshest olive oil!".In addition to the varietal oils, we also offer the opportunity to enjoy naturally flavored olive oils and gourmet oils to tantalize your palate. Our white and red balsamic condimento vinegars are imported from Modena, Italy and are produced using the Solera method yielding a rich, smooth product unlike typical balsamics found in your local grocery store. We also offer exotic sea salts for tasting, olive oil based beauty products, pottery, wood products and locally produced bread and crackers.

For anyone who likes to cook or eat, this is the place for you. I left with bags of wonderful oil and I am still enjoying them. Use your imagination on how to use them and it will provide a real taste treat. I absolutely love this place.

I've been here many times, one of the first few dates my boyfriend and I ever went on was here. Very relaxed atmosphere, you can go around and try the different olive oils and balsamic vinegars with the bread they supply. Everything is sooo good! We bought 3 big bottles (2 of olive oil and 1 of balsamic) and go... More

A local friend introduced me to this marvelous shop while I was in town for a visit, and I'm not sure if I should thank her or curse her. This shop sets out platters of bread pieces and encourages you to take a tasting tour through the dozens of gourmet olive oils and balsamic vinegars they have on hand. The... More

Stop in, sample the balsamic vinegars, infused oils, various salts. Great place for gifts for those who like to cook...or eat well! I love using flavored balsamic vinegars in many recipes. Be sure to bring your empty (clean) bottles back for refills! YUM!

They let you test out different types of olive oil. The staff are awesome and they have a lot of variety. So be sure to take a good 20 minutes with you when you go there! Be sure to try them ALL!

If I could afford to, I'd own a bottle of just about everything they have here... unfortunately at 14-20+ dollars a bottle, it begins to add up fast. Having said that, the quality is top tier and the selection is vast

Do you like good olive oil ? The Saratoga Olive Oil company allows you to taste and sample dozens of fine oils from varietal olive oils to truffle oil, harissa-infused olive oil, toasted sesame oil and butternut squash seed oil. Bread is available to dip in each oil. To me, even better are the Balsamic vinegars - expresso, chocolate, coconut,... More

This is a must-see place to visit in Saratoga Springs. There's a wonderful selection of oils (olive, truffle, etc), vinaigrette, and salts to sample. My favorites are the Dark Chocolate vinaigrette and the Tuscan Herb olive oil. There are plenty of little cups and bread for the samples and even water to cleanse your palate. Prices are decent and you... More

Get the frequent user card. This is a nice place for gifts. Also wonderful to taste many varieties of oil and balsamic using dipping bread. I bought lemon balsamic and a bottle of garlic olive oil plus gifts for friends. Cute set up. Nice helpful staff. Good gift options. My kids liked it. But watch the younger ones so they... More

When in Saratoga Springs we always visit the OOC. One can't imagine all the variety of olive oil, vinegars and salts this store has on hand and you can taste them all! I even found a butter vinegar that reminded me of the oil that a place used to put on popcorn when I was a kid and of course... More
