I purchased the truffle oil but they had a ton of delicious oils, sea salts and vinegars. They have bread set out to try as many different oils and vinegars as you would like.

I am very impressed with the differences in olive oil tastes! It is worth the trip to the store even if you only try and don't buy! It is expensive, but for me it is worth it!

We had the oil at a restaurant during dinner and knew we had to check out this store before we left Saratoga. The shop is set up for you taste your way through the store. The staff was friendly and very knowledgable. I found some great gifts and a few items for my own kitchen.

I sampled many different kinds of oil and balsamic and my favorite was the coconut and the cranberry. Very flavorful. Could spend a long time having fun. The staff is very friendly and inviting. Can't wait to go back.

Lots of different grades and favors olive oil and balsamic vinegar. More than anyone could know or use. Great set up to allow tasting. This is the olive oil Mecca but expensive.

I sampled many varieties of balsamic vinegar here, but one stood out for me. I bought a bottle of mango/coconut balsamic vinegar and I am enjoying every bite of my salads now. Be sure to stop in. There will surely be one that you like.

I'm shocked at all of the infused oils abd balsamics. I bought gifts for everyone. You can sample everything before you purchase it. Every bottle comes in two sizes. Great place!

So many amazing choices, thank goodness they offer samples and tell you about pairings. They have olive in tons of flavors plus non olive oil like butternut squash oil (which when paired with dark chocolate balsamic creates a flavor akin to a name brand peanut butter cup, crazy and delicious) there are also many balsamic choices and white balsamic such... The place appeared relatively new and upscale. So many varieties of infused Olive Oil, Balsamic, and salt to choose from it was a bit overwhelming for me. But if you like to cook, you can't go wrong. Being someone who likes butter on his bread, you can't go wrong with olive oil infused with butter. Also, the rosemary infused was... More
