Saratoga Olive Oil Company is a family business owned and operated by Clint Braidwood, Barbara Braidwood and Chad Braidwood. Our goal is to provide the consumer with the freshest Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the world. At Saratoga Olive Oil Co., we follow the olive crush in the northern and southern hemispheres to provide the consumer with the most recently produced and healthiest oils available anywhere. Our motto is "The best olive oil is the freshest olive oil!".In addition to the varietal oils, we also offer the opportunity to enjoy naturally flavored olive oils and gourmet oils to tantalize your palate. Our white and red balsamic condimento vinegars are imported from Modena, Italy and are produced using the Solera method yielding a rich, smooth product unlike typical balsamics found in your local grocery store. We also offer exotic sea salts for tasting, olive oil based beauty products, pottery, wood products and locally produced bread and crackers.

So many amazing choices, thank goodness they offer samples and tell you about pairings. They have olive in tons of flavors plus non olive oil like butternut squash oil (which when paired with dark chocolate balsamic creates a flavor akin to a name brand peanut butter cup, crazy and delicious) there are also many balsamic choices and white balsamic such... The place appeared relatively new and upscale. So many varieties of infused Olive Oil, Balsamic, and salt to choose from it was a bit overwhelming for me. But if you like to cook, you can't go wrong. Being someone who likes butter on his bread, you can't go wrong with olive oil infused with butter. Also, the rosemary infused was... More

Tons of virgin and flavored oils and balsamic vinegars. They will let you taste every oil and vinegar in the place and give advice as to combinations. For a real treat try the chipotle oil with the chocolate vinegar tastes just like a classic mole sauce. Shipping is free if you buy more than $100 (easy to do) and they... More

Also a good time to stop in and sample the latest oils. There is a wide variety from fruit and nuts oil ....to spicy oils. They also have a good variety of gift items to accompany your purchase such as bowls and serving boards. Go on line and register so you can get coupons for their weekly specials.

I know there are tons of new olive oil places all the sudden popping up but this one is great! I will be honest and my boyfriend and I went here on a date. Come hungry and willing to try very different combinations and you will leave totally satisfied. It is a little expensive but at that point I'm sure... More

Staff was very friendly. Greeted us upon arrival and explained how things worked. Sampling bread/cups were well stocked and frequently replenished. Prices are on the high end, but worth it when you consider the fun of tasting all the flavors.

My husband and I have been buying their oils and vinegar's for a while now. Recently we were in the Lake Placid store and purchased some Thai Lemongrass Mint Balsamic. This is too delish to even try to describe to you. You have to go to the stores yourself and taste the different flavors. They make great gifts too.

Went based on trip advisor reviews. Tons of oils and vinegars to sample. The products are not inexpensive, but not out of line with the cost of quality oils and vinegars. What is most impressive here is the vast selection of the different flavors of oils and vinegars. One can sample everything before buying. Be warned however, the more you... More
