We offer traditional style whites and reds such as Riesling, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir and Merlot. We specialize in an all natural style of wine making called Melomel. Melomel is 12% honey and 88% fruit, made with no added sulfites or preservatives and fermented in Kentucky bourbon barrels. Our grapes are sourced from the Finger Lakes region of New York State, mainly Seneca Lake. Currently all of our Melomel wines are made on the premises. We are currently producing our traditional style whites and reds at a small facility in the Finger Lakes while we continue to grow and improve our production space at our location in Saratoga Springs. Join us during all business hours for a wine tasting and every Friday night from 6-9pm for live music and wood fired pizza. We invite you to sit back, relax and experience great wine with our friendly staff in our warm and inviting Adirondack style atmosphere. *Using a GPS is not recommended as they tend to not pick up our address properly. Please give us a call for easy and accurate directions. « less

We stopped in Friday at the Winery during their Columbus Day Weekend which featured wine, music and food. we had been there previously and enjoyed a delicious wine & cheese tasting. This night we chose to share a bottle of their red wine and a tasty wood fired pizza of broccoli rabe & sausage. They also had several appetizers and... More

No vinyards to gaze out on, but that aside, this is the best tasting I've ever had. Very inviting with great ambiance. The staff can't do enough for you and the cheese plates are plentiful. Your wine choices arrive on a tower with an explanation in writing of what you picked. There is no downside here. A visit to Saratoga... More

Husband and I went here on a Friday afternoon. We had the chocolate and wine pairings. Delicious! The atmosphere was quiet and calm. The bar inside is large. The decor is all adirondack themed with large trees making up the actual bar. There is ample outdoor seating in both sun and shade and again, Adirondack themed decor lends to the... More

We stopped here on a girls only getaway weekend. Our friend loves wine tastings, and wanted to introduce us to it. Neither of us four girls had ever been here!! The staff were friendly, and knowledgeable. The décor is lovely, and inviting. The wine tasting was fun! They also had a band outside, and a wood burning oven. Everyone was... More

Drab, dark, dreary. We were greeted by a waitstaffer who talked too fast and barely noticed us once she delivered the wine flights. And too bad we picked Thursday night to go...it's DJ and Trivia night which are not my favorites and the festivities were piped into the wine tasting room. Too loud for polite conversation. We were served a... More

Stopped in to taste some wine and ended up spending a couple of hours. Nice selection of wines, paired with cheese or chocolate($14). Very nice deck with live entertainment on Sunday afternoon. They have specials most nights from pizza to trivia. Staff was very freindly and helpful. 5 tastes for $5, or full glasses for $6. Affiliated with Wagners Winery... More

Spent a sat afternoon there while attending a wedding. Something to do while we "wasted time". Picked our 5 wines for tasting. They delivery to your table. Nice little spaces of seating. We missed the grilled pizzas and band they advertise as our timing was off. Liked 2 out of the 5. Bought 3 bottles. Do NOT buy those cute... More

This place was great! There a coupon for a wine tasting with a cheese board for $18- include 5 pre selected wine/cheese and a souvenir wine glass. We sat outside and the decor is so rustic! Perfect spot to host a small party or reception. There was a live band playing while we were there, The Crossroads I believe. They... More
