We offer traditional style whites and reds such as Riesling, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir and Merlot. We specialize in an all natural style of wine making called Melomel. Melomel is 12% honey and 88% fruit, made with no added sulfites or preservatives and fermented in Kentucky bourbon barrels. Our grapes are sourced from the Finger Lakes region of New York State, mainly Seneca Lake. Currently all of our Melomel wines are made on the premises. We are currently producing our traditional style whites and reds at a small facility in the Finger Lakes while we continue to grow and improve our production space at our location in Saratoga Springs. Join us during all business hours for a wine tasting and every Friday night from 6-9pm for live music and wood fired pizza. We invite you to sit back, relax and experience great wine with our friendly staff in our warm and inviting Adirondack style atmosphere. *Using a GPS is not recommended as they tend to not pick up our address properly. Please give us a call for easy and accurate directions. « less

We stopped on our way back from Lake George because a friend had given us a Groupon for this winery. What a cool place! The building to the decorations are perfect for this business. In addition to the main tasting room there are also several other rooms where parties can be held. Kelly greeted us and right from the beginning... More

This is our first trip to Saratoga Springs, NY. I had looked up places to go and things to do. I came across the Saratoga Winery and caught a special- the tastings are $5 for 5 tastings, which in itself is great, but today we also got a free glass each to take home. The winery is adorable. The hostess... More

We googled wineries in the area and came upon Saratoga Winery. Defintiely a nice place with great curb appeal and so pretty on the inside. The wine tasting was great. The hostess gave a sheet with a list of all their wines, you pick out 5 for a tasting. They also offer a cheese/cracker tray and a cheese/cracker/chocolate plate option.... More

We visited on Memorial Day weekend (Sunday afternoon) when it might have been the first weekend the patio was open with live music. There was no one inside since it was a beautiful day and everyone was outside listening to the music. I think the "backyard" area is a work in progress. Some fencing and ground work still needs to... From the front entrance you would never expect what a wonderful atmosphere lies behind the front doors and outside on the back multi level patios. Live music, great wine, wonderful atmosphere. Would definitely go back, looks like they are continuing to work on property.

I visited The Saratoga Winery with family and friends for a chocolate and wine pairing and before leaving I was already determined to go back again. The decor is fabulous, making tables out of wine barrels was a fun but classy way to keep a unified theme. The atmosphere is intimate and friendly. The wine was tasty and paired perfectly... More

The ambience of the winery is wonderful. The proprietors have taken an old greenhouse and transformed it into a truly Adirondack themed venue that is perfect for parties and get togethers. If you want to bring clients to a classy place for a social meeting, this is one to consider. They have a great selection of wines and a wonderful... More

We met another couple there to do a wine and chocolate tasting; albeit a bargain from Groupon, I would have expected that the point of the winery participating in this sort of advertising was to bring people in and 'wow' them with the experience. That was not the case. The venue itself is lovely, the deck looked inviting and if... More

We were visiting Saratoga for the weekend and ended up at the sratoga winery to find a spectacular little place just far enough from the heart of saratoga. We enjoyed chatting with the two sisters behind the bar who were full of personality and knowledgeable. They served us a delicious cheese plate and crackers that complimented the wine nicely. The...
