To bad when I was there this past weekend this theater was closed since I've heard so much about this place. I would of loved to take a little tour of it or perhaps see one of the plays. But from the outside looked very inviting.

We had tickets to the final performance of GreyGardens @ Bay Street Theater on Aug 30, 2015. We loved it! The Theater is very cozy and kept nicely cooled in the Summer. We had no issues booking the tickets online or picking them up at the theater. Best of all, Bay Street Theater has a wonderful full service bar available... More

I saw Grey Gardens at the Bay Street Theatre on Sunday August 16, 2015 and it was fantastic. Betty Buckley was wonderful as always. I would highly recommend this play and this theatre. It was my first time at Bay Street and I was very impressed. The theatre is very small and intimate, there is no bad seat in the... More

This intimate (300-seat) professional theater brings in new and well-known actors, directors, musicians, designers for three main stage summer productions, Comedy Club performers and musical acts year round. It is also a community arts forum and offers theater classes for children and adults.

Excellent performance by Darrell Hammond. The theatre is small, but that allows for good viewing of the stage from all seats.

My first summer subscribing to Bay Street has not been a disappointment at all. Solid production quality and fine acting. Just another terrific reason to visit this charming Hamptons village -- of which former resident Spalding Gray was so fond.

I have seen multiple shows on Broadway and none can compare to the quality that I received at the Bay Street Theater. I recently saw a production of "The New Sincerity," a new comedy written by Alena Smith and directed by Bob Balaban and I can honestly say that I have never had a better theater experience. From the moment... More

Last Saturday, my wife and I attended a performance entitled "Get Down with Dawnette" The Sag Harbor Theater brochure listed it as a "Classic Variety Show". The brochure stated, " For those who fondly remember shows like Laugh-In, The Carol Burnette Show and Donnie & Marie, this night will take you back." Nothing could be further from the truth. The... Bay St. Theater in Sag Harbor is a modern small theater designed to be able to accomodate many different configurations. They present every kind of show. The catch? There are often very famous actors on stage and you are 2 feet away.

So excellent are the performances at The Bay Street Theater in Sag Harbor, NY, that we book without hesitation, knowing the enjoyment that we'll receive. Their current production of 'To Kill A Mockingbird' transported me back to a time when men's language and actions were simply unbelievable in retrospect. That evening's audience was filled with young students from our local... More
