Rochester is fortunate to have a facility like the Genessee Riverway Trail. The project was designed a National Recreation Trail in June, which gives it nationwide status. About 13 miles are complete for biking and walking, and wheelchair use. The trail also gives visitors great access to the river for different kinds of boating as well as fishing and birding.... more
