This is a beautiful urban park on a hill with a water reservoir in the middle, surrounded by a decorative iron fence, small road, sidewalk and grassy areas. It's used mostly by joggers and those wishing a quiet place for contemplation with a limited view of the distant urban landscape.

This is a million dollar view of good old Rochester, bring a Gallo's sub with you and your fav non-alcohol beverage and enjoy the view, very uplifting and free.

Cobb hill has a great view of Downtown Rochester from the top of the water reservoir, great place for a morning or sunset run!

No wonder Cobbs Hill Park is a favorite spot for weddings and prom pictures! Gorgeous views from atop of Rochester...and for the strong willed and determined runners, the ascent to the top is a killer, but well worth it!!

I enjoy just walking around here. If I am feeling ambitious I climb the top of the hill for a good view of the area. I can walk the .69 miles around the lake on the top. There are also softball fields below

I go up to Cobbs Hill Park often to run up hills. I love going up there when it's close to sunset. There is a great view at the top and there are places to sit. It's also nice to run around the reservoir. I see a lot of people sledding in the winter. There's also a lot of people... More

There is limited parking up on the hill and ample space to walk or run, even when there are vehicles driving through. Some people bike through, too. If you go around the outer loop, it's about .75-.77 miles; if you go around the inner loop right around the reservoir, signage states it's .69 miles. They don't call it a hill... More

Nothing really outstanding. It's an average park. Not much going on and small. It is pretty save for everyone
