I go up to Cobbs Hill Park often to run up hills. I love going up there when it's close to sunset. There is a great view at the top and there are places to sit. It's also nice to run around the reservoir. I see a lot of people sledding in the winter. There's also a lot of people... More

There is limited parking up on the hill and ample space to walk or run, even when there are vehicles driving through. Some people bike through, too. If you go around the outer loop, it's about .75-.77 miles; if you go around the inner loop right around the reservoir, signage states it's .69 miles. They don't call it a hill... More

Nothing really outstanding. It's an average park. Not much going on and small. It is pretty save for everyone

Cobbs Hill Park in Rochester is a fun and beautiful park that has several distinct portions of the park set off for different purposes. These areas are accessed via different roads and entrances to the park, and are enjoyed by vastly different sets of people. Today, rather than stroll around the reservoir up on the hill, I took a walk... More

As you walk the path around the elevated reservoir there are panoramic views well into the distance in every direction , especially beautiful in Autumn. The park also includes tennis courts (free) a large number of ball fields, paths and trails all over the place from level to hilly and from open areas to wooded glens. There are large expanses... I only recently discovered the trails around here but this is a great, quiet place for a walk in the park or running on hills. They have tennis courts at the bottom and some newer shopping areas right across the street! Very runner friendly!

Reservoir, walking, picnic areas, courts, serenity at its best. Must experience this park first hand.

This is one of my favorite places in Rochester - The Cobbs Hill Reservoir. You can see the Rochester skyline from here .And the park itself is a great place for a picnic.

Cobbs Hill Park is a centrally located city park that has jjust about everything: tennis and basketball courts, baseball diamond, running/walking loop around the reservoir, and picnic area, lilacs in the spring, sledding in the snow, fantastic well-kept wooded trails in adjacent Washington Grove, easy access from all sides, and safety. My family and friends go there at least weekly... More
