Certainly worth the visit - very comprehensive and broad collection. The Maxwell Parish is breathtaking.

I love the intimacy of the building. One is not overwhelmed. Walk through the entire collection in one day, then go back to savor your favorites. Excellent cafe. Good educational programs, family events. Wonderful Art Exhibitions and Lectures. Fabulous gift shop !

The Memorial Art Gallery is a great place to take your kids or family and friends. Well run museum with local artists, featured artists, food and store. Love visiting several times a year.

Galleries are marked with the names of individuals not shown in the site plan given out at reception. Some galleries difficult to follow logically. The guided tour is once a day at inconvenient times. 7pm!!

We went for a food and wine festival and really enjoyed it. The gallery itself for art is limited and I would like to see more art. The location is good and I think they can do more with it.

I always liked MAG, a little gem of museum, offering a nice sampling of many segments of classic and contemporary art. The recent renovation made the surrounding even nicer: the museum looks more accessible and modern than before. The staff is kind and knowledgeable: they keep up with technology more than most other area museums. Their own app is nice,... More

I love the MAG! They host weddings and have wonderful gardens and architecture. They have a small theater to see live events and great art exhibits.

Walking by saw there was a Matisse exhibition on his prints and print making style. Though I had visited the gallery before went back to see this special exhibition which was wonderful and explored the gallery and found new exhibit that had been changed or added since my last visit. I love having the possibility to see and experience what... More

For a small museum, it contained works by many well known artists. We walked the whole museum in about an hour and a half, and enjoyed every minute of it. Go on a Thursday evening for half price entry after 6, and it would be a great bargain!
