We go in streaks when it comes to seeing movies at the Little. We are downtown all of the time but when we do see movies we tend to go for the suburban stadium seating... we need to stop doing that and be more diligent supporting this venue. The Little's selection of movies always draws us back usually after seeing... More

I've eaten here before, but last night I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw that they'd added two items from the Orange Glory Café to their menu, a spinach burger and a lentil burger--thus expanding their limited but good vegetarian items. Orange Glory is a favorite place for lunch in the East End, but they're not open for dinner.... More

I remember back in my high school years making the trip to the The Little to see Akira and Hoop Dreams. This was before I really got into my whole independent film craze. I don't come here as much as I like, but I usually show up a few times a year to catch some films I cannot find anywhere... More

My girlfriend and I decided to attend the Little Theatre last night to see Selma. I appreciate the Little for the opportunity to view independent movies and movies that are only offered on select theatres. We arrived at 7pm, tge next showing if our movie wasn't until 930pm we were fine with that because it would give us a chance... More

An Oasis, along with the Eastman Theatre, for movie lovers. I have only been in the main theatre (not smaller theatres 2-5) and I enjoyed the old-timey size and atmosphere - and the movie. There is a campaign to replace the seats in the main theatre and the timing is good on that initiative, they are old-fashionedly narrow and worn.... More

We love to go to the Little Theatre. We start with dinner; they have a limited menu but the food in fresh and delicious and you can get vegetarian and vegan choices (just leave out the cheese). They also serve wine. The popcorn is fresh with real butter and they have other yummy choices for the theater. All this and... More

If you are looking for the best in movie theater entertainment look no further. This Theatre shows the movies the mainstream theaters do not. There is a lovely café there to get a bit to eat and listen to some great music before or after your show

Nice, small, family theatre with wine and food. The popcorn was okay but nothing to write home about.

The Little is THE movie house in Rochester. Great foreign and indie films presented in an excellent atmosphere; then there's the live music. Arrive early on Fridays in December; and have a bite to eat while listening to beautiful music by Year of the Ram.Then, enjoy your show!
