the Little is a Rochester gem. It's small, and fun and close to some great restaurants. Check it out.

Has a really nice feel to it, reasonable pricing and good selection of films on show, it's a sweet and cosy old school cinema

We saw Philip Seymour Hoffmann final film. Wonderful story intriging suspenseful but able to follow. Sad at the same time as we know there will be no more.

We came here to see A most wanted man. The great thing about The Little is you can get a small meal and a glass of wine or a beer before your show! When you are ready for the movie make sure you leave room for popcorn. The Little has the BEST! They also sell a small selection if Stevers... More

It's always a special evening when taking in a movie at the Little. Love the variety of film selections. After enjoying your film, you can extend your visit in their café listening to some easy music. Love it there!

there are many theaters in the Rochester area dozens of screens showing the same dozen movies. HOWEVER, venture downtown and you'll find the gem of the independent film world. Striving to bring the current, provocative, entertaining films being made today ALSO festivals & 2nd runs. You have a great time whatever you go to see.

While the main theatre is large, the other four theaters are cozy and smaller. Located on East Avenue in Rochester, near nightlife and cultural attractions, The Little is a... More

Hard to find words to describe the Little, a movie and cafe that provides a good deal of downtown's metropolitan feel. In fact, the Little is in itself a good enough reason to live in Rochester. Great movies, friendly staff, and a laid back yet inviting and sophisticated atmosphere. If you ever feel the need of a quiet but stimulating... More
