The Little offers a unique movie experience. They often offer 'different' films. I enjoy the small-ish theaters and a homey feeling once inside. You can arrive early and get some food right there if you want. I love being able to get a cup of coffee to take inside with me and a snack that is not a box of... More

This is my absolute favorite movie house in Rochester. They play a great selection of indie and foreign films. On Mondays tickets are only five dollars and, in my opinion, the atmosphere is leaps and bounds above the chain places. If you are in the Rochester area, the Little is a must!

Dinner and a movie night out, just soups, quiches and hot sandwiches/paninis, but always delicious, and a limited selection of desserts. Then go to your movie, lots of good choices besides the latest gore and violence mainstream offerings. And with the senior discount (62+) for the movie it is a great deal! Weekends usually an added bonus of live music

With comfortable seats, delicious cakes, popcorn and other goodies which you can take in to the theater with you - there is no place more fun on a rainy day to settle down and enjoy a good movie, or on a hot humid day, to cool off and enjoy delicious iced tea and a pastry.

Always love going to the Little. Not just movies, cafe has nice live music. Last time we went, we went to see a reading done by a group of young artists.

the Little is a Rochester gem. It's small, and fun and close to some great restaurants. Check it out.

We saw Philip Seymour Hoffmann final film. Wonderful story intriging suspenseful but able to follow. Sad at the same time as we know there will be no more.

We came here to see A most wanted man. The great thing about The Little is you can get a small meal and a glass of wine or a beer before your show! When you are ready for the movie make sure you leave room for popcorn. The Little has the BEST! They also sell a small selection if Stevers... More
