It gave a good picture of what life was like while she lived there, and provided a good deal of information about her and he times. Steep steps, so not a good place if climbing is difficult.

Inspiring story of SB Anthony and her focused efforts to get the vote, which did not occur until 20 years after her death. We had seen 2 quilts made by Susan at another museum that morning. The story is more impressive than the house.

Everyone studies Susan B. Anthony and should, seeing her family home is a must. I hope they revitalize the area and save the houses. It makes you thankful for what we have today! From voting rights to homes. We take so much for granted.

The tour guide was very knowlegible of Susan's life, and contribution to the sufferage movement. The house was minimal and didn't add much to the guides story but was interesting none the less. My impression after listing to the details of her life was that she was not a happy woman. there were no photographs of her smiling, she appeared... More

I had a three day mini-vacation in Rochester, NY. Stopping here turned out to be the best part of the trip. I arrived late in the afternoon, and since I was the only visitor I got a private docent tour. We took a long time going through the house and she provided a lot of information and was able to... We loved how the two homes associated with Susan B. Anthony were next door to each other, nestled in a bustling family centered neighborhood. The walking tour was interesting and very informative. We came away with a newfound appreciation for Ms. Anthony, her family, and friends.

Was a little hard to find with our GPS and streets in the area with similar names. Was worth the hunt as the tour was very interesting and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. They made it appealing & interesting for kids.

All women should take children, teens and boys and girls and everyone to this wonderful house where Susan B. Anthony lived and worked tirelessly to get women the right to vote. Her tenacity, devotion. determination and pure guts resulted in this the 94th anniversary of women's right to vote !! Failure is not an Option were her lasting words.
