have seen many performances here. Not a bad seat in the house. Could use a break on off-times ticket prices. But still the best theater in Rochester.

GEVA not only has a major theater showing well-known plays; but, also has a smaller stage and seating theater for new playwrights' plays. I have enjoyed both venues over the years.

We have been season subscribers for 20 years and have never seen a show we didn't enjoy. Not a bad seat in the house, Soup & sandwich before the show is a tradition .Makes it a treat to be able to have covered parking across the street when the weather is ad. GEVA provides a wonderful evening at the theater.... More

Have seen many plays here. The only drawback is the seats seem to be close as far as leg room, knees to seat back ahead of you. If you are 6' or have long legs you may be uncomfortable with a long performance. 99% of seats have great views! some extreme left and right are not great. Love going to... More

There is no such thing as a bad seat in this theatre. The selections are varied and excellent. Over the last 25 years I've enjoyed performances of selections like, "Two Pianos, Four Hands," "Oil City Symphony," "Christmas Carol," "The Quilters" and many, many more. I would recommend this theatre to anyone.

We have been subscribers at the Mainstage for several years and have thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The venue is intimate so all the seats are good, although I recommend that you stay away from the extreme right and left side seats. The last show, "The Odd Couple" was exceptional with the cast being lead by two wonderful Broadway actors, including... More

Went to the Geva for the first time since moving to this area. My daughter and I went to see "A Christmas Carol". What a fabulous production and spectacular venue. It's small...so, there's seriously not a bad seat in the house. Seating was comfortable. Will definitely be returning for other productions. And, attending this particular musical will become a holiday... More

Saw this at Geva on April,23' 2014. One of the best plays I have ever seen. 2 hours of laughing. The acting was great. I highly recommend you go if you get the chance.
