This is a great theatre. Really not a bad seat in house. Go yearly for Christmas shows and it never disappoints. Parking is never an issue for the matinee shows. Great for families.

Geva Theatre is a terrific venue that offers a wide selection of stage performances throughout the year. Productions are presented on the Main Stage and the Next Stage depending on the size and nature of the production. Geva is a small theater, and in that respect, not unlike many on Broadway. We have been to a number of productions at... More

GEVA Theater in Rochester, New York is a very professional live theater that brings first class performances and very talented actors. GEVA features a combination of well known plays (dramas, comedies and musicals) as well as up and coming plays. The sets and costumes are amazing. There is a lot of talent in Rochester, N.Y.!!

I have never not enjoyed a play that I saw at GEVA. Quality broadway shows in a smaller intimate theatre. Not a bad seat in the house and excellent value!

I went to see play few times. One required for my literature class and my boyfriends cousin directing the play. The drinks way too expensive $12 and beers $8. People pay expensive tickets to see play.

We went to see a live performance of 'Moses Man' in GEVA Theater last night. We walked away thrilled with every aspect of the show. The theater was great for an experimental "ramp up" of a new play, and the play itself was superb beyond description. We all hope that this play (which is still in its infancy) makes it... More

On a recent Sunday Evening my wife and I joined another couple for a very pleasant, stimulating and entertaining time at one of our communities under appreciated cultural gems. The Geva offers very high quality theater with works by some of the world's best playwrights and although the house is often not full, many in Rochester don't know what they... More

Chic and sophisticated, our Broadway in Rochester. The best venue in town to catch a good theater show.
