You need to choose only a few of the many wineries to tour - every one has it's own atmosphere, and many have dining options. Beautiful countryside - great wines!

Most wineries charge just $2 for 5 or more tastings, which ends up being the equivalent of at least 1 glass of wine. The scenery is beautiful and the wine will surprise you. The Cayuga or Seneca Wine Trails are best.
