Must see!

A hidden gem...a wonderful eclectic collection! They have well informed volunteers and the campus setting itself is a work of art.

Yet another great to visit while in the Hudson Valley. The Vassar College Art Gallery, located on Vassar College beautiful campus, has a wonderful permanent collection in addition to providing interesting exhibits.

Nice little art museum on the campus of Vassar College. Sections include traditional European masters, Asian, and Modern. Free admission. Allow 30 - 60 minutes. It's right at ground level, so handicap access should be easy. My only complaint would be that here didn't seem to be restrooms in the museum building.

The Art Center offers several exhibits, including a Hudson Valley exhibit that is wonderful. There is no charge. This was a highlight of our stay in Poughkeepsie. Spend some time in the exhibits and then grab a meal in the town at Vassar.

We went to visit this museum because of the reviews we've read on here. And this museum didn't disappoint at all! They have a nice collection of paintings from very famous painters.

A lovely, small museum. Easy to get around and see their exhibits. Vassar is a great setting for such a pleasant museum. The museum is very modern, set in the center of beautiful classic, old Vasser buildings.

Beautiful space with an interesting collection. Never saw the O'Keefe "Spring" painting before so that was a real treat. Great to see some Hudson River Valley paintings. Security staff was very helpful and informative. Give shop attendant was not helpful at all and remained on cell phone :( Parking can be a little tough on campus.

A remarkable collection of art in a beautifully designed museum. Up there with the best in the USA. Easy to find and park nearby. If you love trees the front campus is as rewarding as the gallery.
