If you want to quit golf play this course. The course is very well kept, but a little hard to navigate. The course is very hard because of the lie of the fairway, and you can be punished for hitting a perfect shot. The first time you play the course you will be over your usual handicap. You need to... When it comes to public courses in Westchester County, if you are looking for the best then your first and last stop should be Hudson Hills Golf Club in Ossining. Hudson Hills is the gem in the Westchester County crown of courses and after some time I finally decided to see what all the fuss is about. Designed by Mark... More

Hudson Hills is staffed by the a great group of guys who work hard to get you on the course. The course is a combination of very challenging but diverse holes. You can approach greens with fairway woods and wedges and everything in between. The front nine requires accuracy and patience while the back nine demands length off the tee... More

Front nine much more interesting. Back nine an afterthought. Course not well cared for. Fairways filled with divots and greens pocked with ball marks. To say, poorly marshelied. Clubhouse barebones to say the least. Would play this course again

Played 7/14/2013. Got a deal on golfnow. Thank god since the normal price is $115. I would have felt terrible if paid that much. The course was so torn up and scorched. All other courses in this area have had so much rain and they all look lush. Not this place. They think they are a classy public course. What... More

This is the premier public course in Westchester country and the fess are higher than other public courses. It is a nice and challenging layout and kept in good shape. Only concern is you need to take a cart and the cart paths are not close to the fairways in many places.

A fairly tough course on the old IBM course, owned by Westchester County, run by a private outfit. It is a challenging public course in a convenient location, just off the Taconic, near Rte 9.
