We visited Lapland Lake Cross Country Center while spending a winter weekend in the Southern Adirondacks. The facility is a great place to spend all day exploring the varied trails while getting some much needed winter exercise. Lapland lake has wonderfully groomed trails, which you can access from the front door of your tupa. Bringing your own food is a plus as you save a lot of $$$$. Our group had three generations, two teenagers and one grandmother. Everyone had a great time. The cabin was comfortable and warm, and it was fantastic to be so close to the trails.
