Even though the north east has had a crappy winter with hardly any snow, Gore mountain's snow making team did a fantastic job! The conditions were awesome even with the lack of snow!!! More

Had an awesome trip to Gore in snow-less Feb 2012. No lines, nice runs and the price is right. More

This Mountain has plenty of trails for all abilities and non of the crowds you would get in Vermont on a holiday week. More

Despite the total lack of natural snow on the ground, the conditions at Gore were amazingly good. My son and I had two really good days of skiing. No doubt, the best runs were in the Burnt Ridge area - Sagamore and Echo were fast and pretty empty. The snowmakers did a really fantastic job. More

For a great day, take a trip to the Adirondacks and visit Gore Mountains, Ski Bowl. There are four tubing slopes ranging from small to large. You simply find a tube you like, get tethered up to the top and pushed down the hill. There is a small indoor spot to eat and relax by the fire. The grill food... More

Gore was my family's ski resort while growing up and it's the place we now take our kids. It has something for everyone (though this is more of an intermediate mountain, than an expert by a long shot). What makes it extra wonderful is the laid back and family atmosphere - not to mention the beauty. Unlike some of the... More

This is a nice mountain to ski with smaller children, and also challenging for teens and adults with a lot of nice blue trails. There is a pretty long green trail that runs from the Gondola to the bottom. (Ruby Run to Sunway) My Brother in law has been taking his two boys, the four year old on skis and... More

I frequent Gore, and they are doing their best to keep up with the demand for snow with little help from the clouds above. The way that they spread out their lifts seems silly (three lifts that service two trails) but it does keep the lift lines and moving trees to a minimum. Their terrain park could use a professional... More
