Hmmm. Technically a separate falls much of the time. But IMHO it's no more or less than a part of the whole complex. The name seems a bit kitschy (like naming stalactites and stalagmites in commercial caves after rock stars, politicians, or ice cream cones). Anyway, on this 2nd visit to Niagara, I found the "scene" to be more "intriguing"... More

Gets you up close and personal with the Falls. Vista views are better from the Canadian side, but better natural feel on the US side.

Nice to view the Bridal Veil to understand the actual description of its name. Unique and beautiful like a real lady.

Don't miss them! You just cannot imagine how extraordinary they are! With the trails, you get to be right up close and personal. You will not believe how calm the waters are before they head over those falls!!

This is the very right hand side of the American falls. When you do the tour of the cave of the winds, you walk on decking alongside this section of the falls. You do get sandals to wear for this hike & a poncho. You will still get wet- especially if you go on the hurricane deck. Amazing to see... More

Stopped here with my better half and of course could not help but rekindle a little romance. It seems that most folks just pass the smallest of the falls right by but the solitude did us some good if you know what I mean :)

All the falls are lovely. You can walk very close to these falls which makes them that much more interesting.
