This is a short trail (less than a mile) down from the gorge edge, but be aware that some of the steps near the top are quite worn, and at the bottom there is a scramble over rocks before you get to the flats at Whirlpool Point that you can see from the top. Good wildlife, chipmunks, birds and a... More

The breathtaking scenery is home to most beautiful aqua water on the planet. I wish I could've been able to stand closer to marvel at this gem.

During my recent visit to Niagra Falls I opted to take a tour. The tour included many places including a short stop at the Whirlpool. As I did not spend a lot of time in the park I will only share my observations. The park seemed well maintained, but a part of it was closed off due to some natural... More

Who knew what happens when a huge river takes a sharp right run. Pretty neat to watch. Only a short visit is necessary.

Beautiful scenery and a great location to take pictures and videos. Bring water and snacks you'll need it. To do the full hike down the gorge you'll need around 3 hours but totally worth it.

If you have the time travel the Seaway Trail in New York accross the way from Niagara Falls, Ontario. Lovely scenic drive with many fabulous stops like this one along the way. Make sure you stop in Lewiston for lunch.

This is something not many people visit, but its great to see the gorge, has a great view, and you actually feel the force of the water here. We had been on a jet boat tour, and it was an experience of a lifetime.... thoroughly enjoyed the adventurous ride through the gorges.
