Great hotel, casino and buffet. We visit April through November as the driving weather is perfect then. We are Canadian but find this casino the best; the sister casino in Salamanca is also a great casino. more

Hiring young people is OK but putting young people at the front/reception desk who need lessons in manners and customer service is a mistake. The condescending, snotty attitude and the immature giggling by the two girls doing the checking in didn't start my daughter's birthday weekend off very well. As a Native American, I expected better supervision of the staff... more

I have never had much luck at casinos, but I still enjoy the thrill of playing and this casino was no different than any other I have ever been to. Unlike some of the other reviewers here, I did not go with the intention of winning it big. Of course you always hope that you will, but if casinos were... more

We drive in to Seneca about 4 times a year and love it! We come for a "girls " weekend...haha..we are in our 50's and one 80 year young mom...but the free rooms and all the comps and the casino are great!!! We get adjoining rooms and feel safe with the security at the elevators. We sometimes leave with money... more

I've just returned from the Seneca Niagara Casino in Niagara Falls, NY. There are 4 Wizard of Oz slot machines there. Though, it's hard to get a spot during peak hours. The best time to try is early in the morning, (8am to noon). If you play the maximun you can win big. more

Seneca Niagara Casino: We've been going there for about four years, driving about four hours from Cleveland. Initially, we paid for our rooms, but later enjoyed comps and/or reduced room rates. The rooms are nicely appointed, good-sized, with a safe and coffee pot (coffee, tea, cocoa). We have always enjoyed a good night's sleep on the comfortable beds. We generally... more

Just back from another great stay at the Seneca Niagara, stayed on the 18th floor in a suite. The suites are really nice, the only complaint I have is that the mattress is very very hard! Hubby won a bundle at the slots. I will never never patronage the Fallsview Casino again, even though I am Canadian, they offer you... more

I go to casinos quite often, and the Seneca Niagara Casino is clearly the best choice of the 3 casinos in Niagara Falls. (The other 2 being Casino Niagara and the Fallsview Casino on the Canadian side.) I live in Canada and will travel across the border to Seneca to stay or gamble. There are several legitimate reasons why. 1.... more
