I went to Niagara Falls on the American and Canadian side. You must see the view from the Canadian side to truly appreciate its beauty. My girlfriend and I did the boat ride on 10.10.14. It takes you all the way into the falls. Get the discovery pass from the NPS for the best deal. for $36 the pass gets... More

We had a great time on the boat! It's a quick trip, but worth every minute. You will get lightly wet (even though they provide a poncho) so dress accordingly. They have a recording which plays during the ride to provide information about the falls, however, it is a bit hard to hear. The boat gets extremely close to the... More

not much needs to be said about this tour… get on the boat, prepare to get wet, enjoy views, rock from side to side, get off boat. One of the most amazing things we've done in a while. I recommend if you don't have a water proof phone or camera and want pictures, then just put your phone in a... More

There is no experience to compare to this ride. I liked the free poncho. Though the prerecorded message about the falls seemed informative, it was impossible to hear. Need to fix the speaker or crank ip volume.

Had this on my bucket list of things to do before I go, and I'm TOTALLY glad that my friend and I went just recently 13OCT14, matter of fact. Went right after work...literally pretty much right after it stopped down pouring, and the choice of going at this time was a good one! Was a comfortable crowd...and the sky looked... More

The Maid of the Mist is a must do when visiting the Falls. There is no other way to experience the power of the water at the base of the Falls.

The falls look like as if you are in heaven and enjoying the giant Niagara falls. Its amazing. So refreshing and so full of energy. They give ponchos and you don't get much wet. You can take lots of snaps and enjoy the ride on the top of the deck of the steamer boat. The ticket they charge is 17 dollars.... More

I recommend this 'tour' to everyone. Great for any age. Aside from the plastic smell of the rain coats, its a great way to see the Falls...up close and personal. You really get to see the greatness of them. You do get wet, not drenched, but definiately have to wear the poncho. Pictures come out great, just be careful not... More

I did the 'Maid of the Mist' some years ago when in Canada but that has now changed to 'Hornblower cruises, with red waterproof poncho' MoM still has the signature blue! It was a fantastic as I remembered. No waiting and the boat was only one third full. Despite visiting so many different attractions, I still regard this as one... More
