I went there in May 2012 and unfortunately found no extraordinary deals. You could find similar deals in any outlet or even on regular stores sales pretty much anywhere in Canada or US. No great selection of goods either. Barneys had 1 dirty pair of Louboutin shoes for $1199. That does not look like an outlet price. Marshalls was a... More

I was in the area for vacation, found out it was the weekend of a Canadian holiday. This mall was incredibly crowded, with a level of shopper rudeness that I haven't experienced before, and parking was hard to come by. The mall is sprawling, if you want to just walk and see what you come to, you could enjoy this,... More

When I go to outlets, I expect cheaper prices and great deals. This place is way over priced. The selection of stores is good though. It's more like an upscale mall than an outlet mall. More

It was a first time for me and my sister, we went to fashion outlets which is really close to border.... We started in the mall which has a lot of higher end stores. You can find some really good stuff but you have to look. There were some store surrounding the mall we were much happier with like sketchers... More

We live close to a few other outlet malls and I must say that I just love traveling to the one in Niagara. They have the most designer stores. It is mostly indoors which is nice too. Perfect for a rainy day at the Falls! I love the Kate Spade and Burberry stores. My husband always shops the Under Armour... More

Our day trip started at Seven am. We started out from the Woodstock area. We got to the border in good time. Waited at the border for just around an hour. Once across we set out for Walden Galleria. Due to road construction our trip there took over an hour. It should have only took approx twenty minutes. Once there... More

I was traveling back to Pearson Airport at the end of a business trip and stopped here for a couple of specific items that I had in mind. Primarily Levi's jeans. In other Levi's outlets (orlando, north conway) I was able to find a specific style for a really low price. The same style here was almost twice as much,... More

All Canadian border crossing shoppers should familiar this mall. The Green discount saving card did not offer much value. A lot of stores did not accept this saving card. Even some stores would accept it, the minimum spending would be at least $100 or more. Compared to a true outlet malls such as: Waterloo or Birch Run, this outlet mall... More

I went with friends just before Easter and it was a lot of fun. They have both higher-end fashion items (Kate Spade, Burberry, Coach) as well as more affordable items (Gap, Old Navy). I didn't go nuts, but my friends really enjoyed shopping - we spent a good six hours in just this mall (including lunch at Applebees - although... More

Been to Fashion outlets of Niagara Falls many times. Shopping is not bad but it depends on the deals you are able to find. The prices are cheaper than Canadian stores. Selection may be limited depending on the time of year you go. This trip was solely for baby clothes shopping and that was successful. More
