Birds are attracted to Fort Pond. We saw many Coots and some ducks. We are concerned about hunting permits. We have seen bird blinds for hunters in the past, and that is not good. This pond is within town limits. I think this is unethical and dangerous. We certainly do not see the ducks we saw in the past. We... More

I wish the kayak rental place had been open on weekdays in the off-season; it would have been fun to rent one.

very nice overlook into the pond. the park is very clean and well maintained. it would be nice if there were benches on the pavilion overlook.
