Delighful clean and an excellent swimming pool and area. Parking is nearby and the water is imaculate. The opark also offers a gold course that I have played and I can tell you it's a good enough challenge and well maintained. This park is recommended iof wanting a day at a clean pool rather than the ocean water.

While I have golfed here plenty of times, there is more than just golf for the family. They have a wonderful swimming pool that is open to the public. The golf course is a state course but plays like a championship, privately run place. The pros give very good lessons and the course is well run and well maintained. The tennis academy is also first rate. The complex also has a pro shop, a swimming pool and a restaurant. Definitely give the course a try.

Played beautiful Downs course twice in one week. Both times we teeed off at 7am. Each round we played in 4.5 hours. The first day we had holes open in front of us and behind us. It was great. If you love a challenge, this is the course. Great condition, beautiful, windy, long, deep rough, fair, a real love/hate relationship. When you're done playing, you're still in Montauk, one of the most beautiful places in the USA. What more could you ask for?
