This was great landmark to see, you can also enjoy a nice walk on the beach. Locals stated there has been many seals on the beach this time of year as well, however we did not get to see any. The cost to the lighthouse and museum is a little pricy but we still had a good time.

The museum is a gem about the lighthouse's history and the story of preserving the point of land. The docents are friendly and informative. The climb to the top is well worth it.

Great view from the top! Might be tough for the elderly and handicapped. Many young children were frightened. Nice museum at the bottom.

Be aware there are alot of steps to climb but the view at the top is amazing!! There is a small fee to pay to get into the lighthouse.

We weren't able to go inside bc of weather but even so it was so beautiful. Great park and little restaurant/cafe. It was such a beautiful drive. We really enjoyed it. Looking forward to checking it out on our next trip.

This Lighthouse has been kept in great condition, I know they have done lots of work and spent lots of money in doing so. Love it!

Not many places on the planet can be accurately described as 'The End'... Montauk Lighthouse is one of them. I've been here 20 times or more over the years, and it never disappoints. Geology lessons, atmospheric insight, historical data (commissioned by Pres. George Washington), tidal awareness, the ocean... and then there's the lighthouse itself...Go! You'll find something stimulating.

This park is so beautiful at anytime of the year. Sunrise is stunning. It was very cold on the day of our visit (3deg F) so we did not stay long - still a stunning view.
