The lake has many attractions including the salt museum. Perfect place to chill out while everyone else is working. And even better, the parking was free.

Have always enjoyed being able to rollerblade at the park. Just recently took up running and OLP is perfect! It is flat and clean and even when it is busy there is still room to get in a great workout!

We've been all over the Great Lakes and the Finger Lakes and this park still ranks right at the top for us. So carefully designed and maintained, people flock here all day long. And there's so much to do. Each trip is different from the last. Rent bikes, surreys, or one of the pedal powered buses and take the whole... More

A place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Syracuse. You can walk, bike, roller blade, hitch a ride on the trolly, or just sit along the lake and relax. So many things to do here. Also, if you are a geocacher, like myself, there are many caches all around the park. I still need to find them... More

If you like/love to bike, this park is for you. We head to this park 4-6x per year and love the flat trails from the southern end near the Salt Museum all the way up North to the Wegman's dog park. The trail is very wide and safe and if you do a full round trip, you'll be booking about... More

Park is along Onondaga Lake. Great venue for a walk, run or just to sit and enjoy the scenery. Paved walk / run paths. Pet friendly.

Kids of all ages from toddlers to grandparents had fun with the playground, skate park, and shuffleboard close to each other. Then, the older adults took part in an exercise group while the others rode the tram.

The walking paved trail is separate from the from the main trail for bikers, runners and rollerbladers. The East trail is over 2 miles long in one direction and and you double that to get to your car where you parked it. They also have a tram to get back to your start

Stopped for a walk before dinner. Nothing wrong, nothing great. I wouldn't go out of my way to return but neither would I avoid it.
