Worth stopping

The woman pouring was very busy but efficient. She poured all 3 reds at once so we could taste at our own pace. We bought a cab franc that was a good value and very drinkable.

My entire family likes these wines. We always try to stop here when we are in the area. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Went here with my family on July 4th for a family outing. First off the weather was perfect not to hot or humid. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We brought with us a picnic lunch, purchased several bottles of wine from their store and they were nice enough to supply us with the wine glasses. We had our... More

Enjoyed the more relaxed atmosphere here, the landscape is gorgeous. We were able to enjoy the wine with our snacks and food.

Server was very knowledgable and information. Cabernet reserve was very complex. Decent views. Chardonnay's were very good but if I had to close with the Clovis point.

The first time I visit the Laurel Lake Winery was 10 years ago. I wasn't impressed with the wine and realized afterwards that it was too young. In 2014, I revisited this winery and found the wines to be quite good. I guess they improved with age. I also like that it's not a madhouse with 200 people around the... More

Last weekend was a splendid last day in May, and we visited the North Fork of Long Island for an afternoon of wine tasting. Boy, there are lots of wine yards and most have music. If you want to bring food with you, better check with the wine yard first. Many have changed over to serving food and do not... More

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very good, reasonably priced wines. Sparkling Moscato a favorite. Live entertainment on weekends. Able to bring food and relax while enjoying visit. Look for special events calendar during summer and fall with scruptious dessert, chocolate and cheese vendors displaying products for sample & sale.

One of our favorite stops while wine tasting on the North Fork. Derek Gerard who runs the tasting room and was very knowledgable and so friendly. He definitely made the experience here great! Nice wines and tasting room. We were there on a week day so it was a bit quiet, there seemed to be a big tented outdoor area... More
