I booked a 2 hour ride for my two sisters and myself via email a few days before arriving in Jinja. It cost $79 each and I am glad we had our own insurance as they don't cover you. We started at 10am, went through the safety brief, got our overalls, helmets, goggles and bandanas and had a practice run... More

We were only going to be in jinja for the day so timing was important. We emailed ATV the night before and were able to book for 2hr tour starting at 12 noon. We were also advised of prices , what was required , cost in various currency's and that there were major road works on the road from Kampala... More

We booked a one hour ride. It was very good. They were ready and waiting for us. The service was very good, the bikes were in good shape, and our guide, William was fun and good. We would do it again.

We did the 2 hour drive and the instructors were great at getting us up to speed and considerate of everyone's driving ability. Getting off the beaten track and seeing the Ugandan villages gave us a great insight into everyday live. You get to see all the local children run out to greet you and wave as you drive past.

I took a 2 h drive with the quad bike. It was indeed a nice experience, the quad was easy to navigate and the guide seemed to have good idea of my driving capacity. Driving through the villages brings you closer to people's everyday life and it's funny to wave to the children greeting you with ”jambo muzungu”. However, just... More

I took the 1 hour ride with my 5 year old son and guide William. I am in a wheelchair and they were kind and accommodating. The experience was extra special for me because an ATV ride is the only way I could navigate the muddy roads and rural villages. I also appreciated that it is something I can do... More

Paid $45 for the hour long trip. My tired popped 15 minutes into the trip and I was not able to finish the tour. When I got back, I asked for a refund and the woman would not give it to me. She told me I could finish the trip by myself or nothing at all. I had a horrible... More

I think that your complaint is totally unjustified & that you have chosen to destroy our good reputation on TripAdvisor. You were on a trip with 15 other people. I have questioned the guides and have been told that; after completing your free practice / training session you were 35 minutes into the 1 hour safari when you drove over... More

I had loads of fun on the quad-bikes. My group did the 2-hour session and had loads of fun in the mud around the town (had been raining in the morning). The owners are great - very personable and helpful. BUT...I was concerned about the level of noise/disruption we were causing in the town with our loud quad-bikes. We were... More

Dear Munyiri K, Thanks for your review and yes I can understand your concerns. Our guides are trained and instructed to take more care when near people or animals and it sounds like the guide in this case was not doing so properly. I will raise this matter with our guides. Yes we do put a lot back into the... More

If you are looking for a cool way to explore the villages along the Nile then quadbiking is the way. The staff are real friendly and the bikes are all in top condition. The route takes you along the river and through the villages. It's a great way to see the friendly people Uganda has to offer. Beginners are welcome... More

We were a group of 12 adults. None of us had quad biked before so we were very eager to learn. The practice circuits were fairly simple so it was easy to adapt and learn quickly. The ladies loved it more; the guys wanted more speed. We wanted to race but this is not allowed due to the health risk... More
