My wife and I went for a two hour trip on our vacation to Kingston. Jesse was incredibly sweet and helpful. We felt so comfortable with him as I hadn't been kayaking since I was a kid and my wife had never gone before. The rental was definitely a good value and it was relaxing to be out on the... More

i had been looking for kayak rentals in the area and was so pleased to find a day away on the rondout in kingston. jesse was extremely pleasant and professional while booking and when we met him at the marina. he gave us good direction on where to paddle (up toward eddyville falls, then back down toward the hudson (did... My wife and I were spending a few days in the Hudson Valley and wanted to do some kayaking in addition to hiking, and this was perfect. Jess, the owner, really knows his stuff about the Rondout Creek and how to best enjoy it. It was not at all expensive, and you can exert as much or as little as... More

Came here for an afternoon activity after reading reviews on trip advisor. We didn't see the sign at first off the main road, it shares a space with a boating company- same family, 2 businesses which is really cool- they are an extremely nice, helpful and professional family. The river is very calm, scenic and relaxing. We saw a blue... More

What a perfect activity in the morning to compliment our afternoon hike. If you are looking to do something water related in the Catskills this is it - especially if kayaking or tubing the rapids in the Esopus Creek seems a little too dangerous for your taste. Except for one ugly barge we passed, there were several beautiful bridges to... More

Wanted something to do with my visiting daughter. The experience was great from start to finish. Jesse and others were friendly and efficient. Interesting experience to sit in the kayak on the trailer and being back into the water. We were lucky with the water and had a lovely 2 hours on the water. No problem returning the kayaks, very... We really enjoyed our kayak trip today. Jesse was very accommodating, putting us directly into the water - from a trailer hitch- so we didn't have to get our feet wet. Very reasonable rates. We'll be back.

My wife and I rented a tandem kayak and went up and down the creek for almost three hours today, July 24. It was very relaxing, not too hot since there were quite a few clouds overhead. Our trip was made interesting due to our seeing the falls, many different types of docked boats, an eagle that flew down to... More

My family & I kayaked for about two hours. Very nice, current on the creek isn't too bad so all were able to do it (including my mom, who has a weak back). Jesse was very helpful and patient getting us all loaded into our kayaks. Kayaks themselves were a step up from the absolute baseline crappy ones at most... More

We had a nice paddle. Jesse put us in, which was great! We went downstream to the falls and then back to Kingston and paddled for about 2 hours. Very reasonable rates as well.
