I have been coming to Lucy fest for many years, in the beginning there were two celebrations, one in May and one in August. I came to both. I love that the Lucy Desi Museum and the town of Jamestown come together to celebrate the life of Lucille Ball. The amount of work then the Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Center... More

Only takes about an hour to visit but well worth it for Lucille Ball fans. It's a romantic version of the lives of 2 TV geniuses. Jamestown is a wonderful place to be from.

I am a younger person but I absolutely adored this museum. The only down fall is that Lucy was popular in the 50's and the people who were around in the 50's are not really here anymore so it was a bit slow. Kids these days don't really know what "I Love Lucy" is, and honestly I think it's better... More

I really liked this, as did my wife. But we are long time fans of Lucy. The kids, all between 13-20, were not as intrigued. Perhaps a few more "hands on " opportunities. The Vitameatavegamin exhibit, for instance, lets you be on camera... why not have a small commercial or photo op there? Have the "cutout face" photo spot that... More

Have lived in Jamestown previously while this museum was becoming established. I can say it's arrived at last. Interesting concept to visit the memorabilia and see what the sets would have looked like. Reasonable admission. A bit of a challenge on the flow-- there is a lot of dense stuff to read in the exhibits and it's a bit congested... More

We enjoyed the actual sets from TV series. The gift shop had a wide variety of items including dvd's of some shows. The costumes were interesting for Lucy fans. They have one set you can stand in and take photo with props from a Lucy skit.

When you get to Jamestown you find plenty of free parking for 2 hours only.. so with that that is about how much time you would want to spend at the museum. The cost is 15.00 i think and you get to tour 2 museums.. one is of the history of lucy and desi..and the other is desilu productions.. both... More

I'm a huge fan of I Love Lucy and have passed that love down to my three daughters. We took a 3 hour detour from a Niagara Falls trip just to visit Jamestown. We went to both museums, saw the city murals and Ms. Ball's final resting place. The museums were fun but they feel like they need some love... More

My wife is a huge Lucy fan and when we found out how close this was we had to go. First of the price is amazing low for the chance to walk through both. The recreations were amazing the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall definitely worth a stop even if you are a casual fan.

Really cute museum... totally recommend going to this if you are going to Jamestown... There are two parts to the museum... and both have gift shops... which our girls love...
