This was our first trip to the Finger Lakes and we were not certain where to begin and which vineyards to visit. Since we were staying at the Candlelight Inn in Dryden we decided to start at the Six Mile Creek vineyard as it was close by. We were immediately greeted by Amber as we entered and made to feel... What a wonderful little Ithaca treasure. The wine selection is great. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Take some time to taste the wines unique to Six Mile Creek Vineyard...you'll be glad you did.

A very friendly woman helped us in our wine tasting experience. The view was beautiful from the tasting room. We bought two bottles of wine that tasted similar to white zinfandel. We did not stay too long, because we were actually on our way back to PA from Ithaca, but since it was a beautiful day some people were taking... More

I stopped here while on a trip through New York State. We had a great time tasting their wines and they even have a few liquors, including grappa, limoncello, and orangecello. The tasting room overlooks the winery and it has a covered deck on the back, so we came here on a rainy day and you were still able to... More

A nice place to stop for a quick romantic and relaxing moment if the weather is nice enough to sit outside on the deck. Great views and good wine. We bought cheese to go with our wine and the staff brought us a small cutting board and knife. We sat and enjoyed our conversation and the view for over an... More

This is a nice tasting room with nothing great to taste. Wines are pretty average (at best) and don't rate a lot of attention or time. If you want great NYS wines this isn't the place.

My previous review of this location stated if the quality did not go up this winery would be off of my visit list. I have opened another bottle that was puchased this spring that has cutting taste of vinager clouding the flavor of the wine. It doesn't seem to have a long shelf life, something you want in your wine.... More
