Spent about 1 1/2 hours there. Didn't take time with the guided audio tour but did sit through the various short films on the history of the earth and evolution - etc. Very nicely done, educational. Staff very nice. Worth dropping in, especially for us on a rainy day it was great place to spend a bit of time and...

They have wonderful exhibits that change regularly and their permanent collection tells some very interesting tales about the little big city of Ithaca. If you are looking for history, this is the place.

I've been here for several recent exhibits (two on quilts alone!) as well as a public reflection on the 10th anniversary of 9/11. The History Center works to show the relevance of local and national history to current residents and visitors. It doesn't have a huge budget, but its exhibits are insightful and well done.
