7-25-2015 This is a nice quick stop to find some produce, crafts, take a boat ride on the lake, have lunch or see some interesting people. This is a small farmer's market compared to ones like Green Dragon in Lancaster Pa but this is different in that there are walking trails around the lake.Parking is somewhat limited and a bit awkward.... Arrived under the wonderful metal roof just as a power downpour hit. Stayed dry as we browsed the interesting food options. Settled on pizza and an interesting asian soup. Fresh squeezed lemonade. A few cookies from several vendors. Lucky us. Rain stopped and we were able to hop around the puddles back to our car.

A wonderful group of shops, homemade crafts, and food. My fiance and I shared a fantastic wood-fired pizza and I picked out a hand-blown glass necklace that I would like for a later present! :D

This is probably a bit difference of the typical farmer market you would find in Europe as it is really a conglomeration of sellers from souvenirs, jewellery, wine and cider testing, oriental food stalls! and yes some famers product. Certainly worth the visit even if only for the curiosity of the experience

Lots of great local artisans. Fun to try out new foods...lunch is yummy but don't expect to find simple American food offerings...be ready to sample bites from around the world. Food is mostly made with fresh local ingredients. Absolutely a fun place to stop in Ithaca if you like Farmers Markets or want to experience one.

I love the Ithaca Farmers Market. You find so many interesting and unusual products, foods and artwork here and you can spend hours talking to the various merchants, artists and craftspeople here. You can find all sorts of cuisines cooking until 3:00pm and make sure to get there early as many of the bakers will run out of their yummy... More

In addition to fresh produce, we were delighted to find prepared food by local restaurants, crafts, and live music. I'm very glad we visited!

When in Ithaca you have no choice but to experience the wide offerings available to you at the Market. With a focus on local farm to table options with vendors offering everything from local Pesto to Cambodian Cuisine all set on a beautiful waterfront footprint.

We especially arranged to go here yesterday (Friday) as we hadn't been here for a couple of years and always had a great visit which included sampling stuff from all the vendors. Fresh produce, wines, coffee, meats and breads, savouries and sweets, wooden carvings and jewellery !! Great to walk around all the stalls. Well this is what we didn't... More
