This was a return visit for us, and we enjoyed tasting the new vintages. Friendly staff helped us out. Other visitors brought their kids in, and they were made to feel welcome. The winery building is an old barn that gives you a laid-back feeling right away. There is no pretentious snootiness here!

Americana is picturesque and their wines are excellent. Their pour help is well-versed in the fruits of the winemaker's labors. The cafe was exceptionally busy for a Sunday morning. This is quickly becoming one of our favored stops on the Cayuga Wine Trail.

We stopped by the winery for a tasting and decided to eat lunch. We enjoyed both the wine and the food. The pulled pork sandwiches we had were delicious ! The portions were large. I suggest splitting a lunch if you plan on having dinner that evening. A nice place to spend a beautiful afternoon...wine and food.....perfect. We will be... More

Joe and Butch know how to make you feel welcome at their winery. The wines are across the spectrum and offer something for everyone's tastes. The cafe' offers fresh food and friendly service. Grab a glass and sit outside to enjoy one of the many summer concerts under their pavilion. Follow the signs to Americana and you won't be disappointed!

We put our names on the wait list and went into the tasting room. The wines were nicely explained and were just okay. Sat outside for lunch which was very slow. It was a beautiful day which made it easier to wait. The waitress was not warm and friendly. The menu had something for each in our party. Fish d... More

Second time coming to this winery and was happy each time. The wine is good and the fudge is amazing! Beautiful scenery and be sure to stop by Taughannock falls overlook down the road!

The wine tasting was great, it was Father's day and thus no charge. Good wine and great assistance from the young lady who took care of us. Stayed for brunch at Americana Café, enjoyable, was dying to try the lamb burger - looked delicious - but decided for bagel with cream cheese, tomato, onions, capers and smoked trout....excellent. Went back... More

This is a bit more of a 'mainstream' winery than the ones I would normally visit (by that I mean a lot more 'sweet' hybrid wines like Cayuga White and Concord.) I tend to prefer the dry European Varietals that are really starting to take off in the Finger Lakes. That said, they do seem to have a bit of... More

I'd been looking forward to eating here for some time, but am regretful about our experience. Arrived for lunch, curt waitress was not pleasant. Placed our order and waited 40 minutes, to then be told that because of the large party ahead of us our food would be arriving shortly. 10 minutes later our food finally arrived. The food itself... Great spot ! The young kid who was giving us the tasting was great ! Personality was very good. When we finished to told us he was only there 3 weeks !! I guess he had a good trainer because we didn't know. We bought 2 bottles of wine. They have a nice place to eat but we were just... More
