Lucas Vineyards is on a sideroad off either NYS 89 or 96. Th view is beautiful featuring Cayuga Lake and rolling vineyards. It is well worth the stop! The wines are very nice and the bottles are creative and make lovely gifts. The gift shop has a great variety of lovely wine/grape oriented themes in a wide range of prices... More

Lucas is one of the bigger wineries. Many varieties of wines, most are of everyday quality but a few stand out. They also have a wine slushy machine! And a very nice gift shop with lots of wine-related items.

This was one of my favorite wineries along the Cayuga Trail. The tasting were reasonable for $3 for 6 tastings. A very pretty place, knowledgeable staff and friendly. The grounds were beautiful. That is where I brought most of my purchases that day. Tugboat red and Tugboat white. Yum! Cute gift shop too.

Happy servers with Nice Wines on a beautiful fall day. Thats what we found at Lucas Vineyards on 10/1/14 during our NY fingerlakes fall foliage colors tour. Happy people. Tasty wines with something for everyone. We departed with 6 different flavors to take home and imbibe. A great day indeed.

This was the only winery we visited while in the Ithaca-area, and we were not disappointed. The service at the taste-testing was fantastic but the wines left a little to be desired. Although, with our $5 tasting (each), we were able to try over 10 different wines. We ended up buying a few and were particularly impressed with the Cab... More

Nice place to visit, knowledgeable staff, Wine tasting was well organized, "Officially" you can taste 6 wines, but if you appear somewhat serious, you can taste some additional wines Brought home a few bottles of whites; not as impressed with their reds.

My husband, sister, brother-in-law, and I visited the Lucas Vineyards for some wine tasting in August. They're open in March through October from 10:30AM - 5:30PM on Mon - Sat and 11:00AM - 5:30PM on Sun. It costs $3 to taste 5 wines, but they're very relaxed and friendly and insisted on giving us an extra tasting. Their wines were... More
