They offered a 1-hour or 2-hour tour. We opted for the 2-hour tour. Our tour left and returned on time. For anyone wondering, there is a restroom on the bus, as well as a stop on the tour that has a restroom. But you're better off if you can avoid the bus and use the visitor's center or stop on... Worth the time. Very informative tour guides and great customer service. It is mostly bus transport with 3 stops for walking tour. My family and I loved it. We will go again in the future. Great job.

We have lived 10 miles from West Point for over 30 years. Finally decided to take the tour. Glad we did - very well done - very interesting.

The tour was nice and informative and West Point's is a beautiful campus. My family did experience several awkward moments between the tour guide and some Chinese guests which made the tour seem a bit hurried at times and then detracted from our experience trying to listen to the guide. I offer these suggestions to West Point Tours; Print up... More

I cannot say enough about how beautiful the grounds and buildings of West Point are. We took the two hour tour led by Marti. She was very knowledgeable and enjoyable. We went the day after graduation so there were many weddings being held. We had to do the tour out of its usual sequence to be able to see the... More

The first Sat in May we took the 2 hour parade tour and had a great & knowledgeable tour guide. Logistics to start tour poorly coordinated but during tour the sights, history & parade all worth it. So much history learned as well as honors bestowed on military staff. Well worth the tips we gave tour guide but that other... More

We attended a wedding at West Point last weekend. Instead of doing favors, the family of the bride arranged for guests to be taken on a 90 minute tour of West Point. Now this is the regular 90 minute tour that the company offers, it was just that they were picking guests up at the chapel (which is one of... More

We went Easter Sunday only had 14 people on our tour. Maureen, our guide was great. She rearranged the order so we could see the chapel and during the tour we were able to watch parachute competitions. I recommend the two hour tour to walk the cemetery. Maureen made it even better with her personal stories of the heroes she... More

Touring West Point via a bus/walking perspective turned out to be a pleasurable experience. The guide was very knowledgeable and shared many details regarding the grounds and former graduates. From the American Revolution through to today, West Point has played a pivitol role in our military endeavors. The grounds are located in a strategic location on the Hudson River and... More
