We booked our trip online so that all we had to do was pick up the tickets at the the Visitor's Center. Inside nothing indicated "will call," so we stood online at the first counter location only to be told to go to another counter at the opposite end of the building. The person working at that station gave us... More

Held at the outdoor Amphitheatre, this free concert was offered to locals and Cadet Families and staff of West Point. Musicians were the West Point band and most vocalists were officers. Excellent music offering of Rhapsody in Blue and Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody along with some music of The Oak Ridge Boys. Strange mix of music, but a wonderful evening under... More

We took an afternoon tour and enjoyed it. We visited the protestant chapel and spent quite a while at the cemetery where we saw the graves of many who gave the ultimate sacrifice and heard of their stories. We learned a lot of history of West Point and visited the many displays at the visitors center. Reservations were made months... More

The one hour tour (14.00 pp) was interesting and informative. There were three stops, where we left the comfy, air conditioned bus in order to see more of the beautiful chapel, the parade grounds, and trophy point. Our guide, Blake, was pleasant and well-informed. Very worthwhile.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable. The bus was nice and not the big one so there weren't too many people.

We opted for the 2 hour tour. This tour makes stops at the Main Cadet Chapel, Trophy Point, Battle Monument and the Plain. Additionally, the 2 hour tour takes you to the Cemetery. In addition to all the stops of the one hour tour this tour adds stops at the Old Cadet Chapel which was built in 1837 and the... More

A last minute stop en route to Conn. from Corning, NY, we made the last tour of the day at West Point. This meant, unfortunately that we were not able to visit the museum. We were on the short tour, of parade ground and chapel only (there is a longer one that includes cemetery and other information). Our tour guide... More

Ok, this was our third trip on this tour. I was here with my family for the day. We had the 11:00 one hour tour. Kathy, our guide was great. Along for the tour was a large group of Asian tourists. They seemed to be a distraction for our guide. They were taking pictures when they were not supposed to,... More

They offered a 1-hour or 2-hour tour. We opted for the 2-hour tour. Our tour left and returned on time. For anyone wondering, there is a restroom on the bus, as well as a stop on the tour that has a restroom. But you're better off if you can avoid the bus and use the visitor's center or stop on... Worth the time. Very informative tour guides and great customer service. It is mostly bus transport with 3 stops for walking tour. My family and I loved it. We will go again in the future. Great job.
