This is one of the Finger Lakes best places to visit. The wines have been great for many years and I have to stop in every year I come out here. I'm also excited that they are finally able to ship to Massachusetts. I am finally able to join their wine club. I can't wait to go back in nicer... More

Dr. Konstantin Frank's riesling wines are superb and the tasting room experience must not be missed in you are in the Fingerlakes. We just had the 2013 Sem-Dry and Celebre and kudos. Both were beyond expectations which were already very high. They will be a poolside all summer, here in NC.

Went out Sat. 4/4/15. This is our 4th visit to the winery. It was very quiet and not busy at all late afternoon. Didnt do a tasting this time but did purchase a few bottles of our favorite semi dry Riesling. Asked for a cold bottle and a few glasses so we could enjoy a bottle along with the view.... More

This is one of my very favorite wineries to visit. Their wines are excellent and varied. Many you will not normally find outside of the winery, so it is nice to compare those wines that are readily available with the others that are harder to find. They become busy very quickly so if you do not want to wait in... More

Always heard so much about this winery. Finally went. I'm wondering what's the big fuss? Not organized well. Bartender seemed bored and didn't say much at all. I was disappointed for all that I heard about Dr. Franks. But the wine was good.

So sorry your experience was not as great as it could be. Too bad you couldn't have visited the winery when a wine trail event wasn't going on because I think your experience would have been entirely different. At these events, trail member wineries are limited as to what they can pour and the events are structured in a way... More

Tastings are free because they know you will buy wine afterwards! Rieslings especially good but so are the various "champagnes". Beautiful view of Keuka Lake as well. If you can go ona week day when they are not too crowded.

We paid a visit because this place make sparkling wine. And we had a wonderful chat with a very knowledgable individual at the tasting bar. The sparkling wine we tasted were great, so we did purchased a bottle to be drank later on our holiday. If you are in the finger lake region you should pay a visit.

I have been to this winery 3 times now. Each of the last 3 summers I have had the please of doing a tasting, seeing the grounds and ultimately buying at least a couple bottles of their wine. The tasting is a great experience, head and shoulders above any of the other wineries. I am not saying anything bad about... More
