Saw Rosanne Cash there. Very nice venue; all the seats are good. I hope to get back there, but there is nothing on their schedule that interests me.

Loved watching a movie in this old theater! Nicely maintained and beautiful architecture. Although we went to see a movie, there wasn't anyone working so we were unable to pay.

We came to the Smith for a Town Pants concert -celtic rock. The sound was great. There was a fun pub in the basement that served a great wine list. Good seating and a beautiful old theatre right in the middle of downtown.

A beautiful setting that makes it worth going alone, with always good performances, usually small names, of all sorts of music, though they do have the RPO perform and have had Guster come in the past. Also known for having indie/foreign film showings with regularity

Visited the Smith Opera House to see a live concert last weekend. I learned after speaking with Chuck, a volunteer here at the Smith Opera House that this place is a non profit, meaning everyone on staff that we encountered throughout the night was a volunteer. They were all so friendly. The ladies behind the bar, and the staff greeting... More

I was here with my husband for a concert and we sat in the balcony. I personally think we had the best seats in the house. We were able to clearly see the entire stage and the sound was great. It is a pretty building with comfortable seating. The ladies rest room was clean and easy to find. We also... More

This was my second time to the Smith Opera House. The first time was a year ago to see a live performance of "Junk". This time was to see the latest Robert Redford movie. Both times I was very impressed by the sound quality. The sound of the dripping or flowing water almost made me look around for the ceiling... More

Not only does the sound quality beat out any other theatre, but now we can watch the performances in comfort in the summer with the added air conditioning!

This historical building is so very magnificent, you will be astonished! I've been here numerous times for shows, concerts, movies, musicals, lectures, graduations, etc. Sounding is always great. Architecture is elaborate. Many restaurants nearby for dining after the show.

A gem in the Finger Lakes. If you're visiting, try to catch a movie, a play, or a concert! You'll love the architecture.
