A visit to explore how my husband's favorite gin was made turned out to be a unique getaway. The distillery tour was so informative, we learned quite a bit about the intensive process. The tasting room 'flight' was great, we savored a variety of spirits and sweet liquors and bought quite a bit for home and gifts. Light lunch followed... More

We enjoyed our visit here with friends over Christmas break. The tastings are well-priced and you have plenty of time to ask questions of the knowledgeable pourers. All the liquor is quite tasty. The gin is the best we've had.

Husband and I loved the spirits here. Left with the gin and some cacao liqueur. Our server was incredibly knowledgable and sweet. Very good experience!

We went on a rainy Tuesday morning sickness there were not many peoe. We were able to talk to our host and and discuss the products we tried. THEY ARE PET FRIENDLY! !!! We were able to bring our dogs into the tasting room. Plenty of places to picnic or you can wait til the restaurant opens. The restaurant wasn't... More

We visited the distillery as a part of a company trip to the region. We bussed our entire group out to the distillery for a tour and tasting. Not only were the two gentlemen working extremely personable, they clearly were focused on one thing, customer service. They were accommodating, gracious, knowledgeable, and absolutely outstanding. The distillery itself is aesthetically both... More

Tuthilltown Spirits is one of the most admired craft distilleries in the United States, and it has a great story to tell. Fortunately, when you visit there are great storytellers on hand to show you around (tours are offered Saturday and Sunday on the hour and you'll need to book in advance online or by phone). This is a very... More

I hate whisky but the place was recommended to us knowing that my husband loves it. It was a beautiful fall day. We arrived there around 2pm and with no reservation so we had to eat at the bar witch was fine. The food was delicious. The location is beautiful, there is a small waterfall. We didn't do the distillery... More

Boy, is this place hard to get to, but it is certainly worth it! The hourlong tour costs $15 and ends with a tasting flight of five boozy beverages. My husband and I stopped at four. It was plenty! We got to keep out Tuthill Spirits mini-Mason jars (they were out of glasses), which was a nice add-on since we... More

Let's start with the detour itself. It's not very far off I-84 or I-87, punch the address into your GPS and GO! Or just follow the state route signs, you will be glad you did. This place is fantastic. The staff knows its spirits and has a font of useful information for even the most seasoned of spirits enthusiasts because... More

Growing place. Tour was interesting. Tasting was nice. A bit expensive though. Price makes it a one time stop.
