While in NY we wanted to see a baseball game but the Yankees were out of town so we got tickets to the Mets game. Needless to say the Mets were terrible but the ball park was fabulous. It is a bit of a trip from Manhattan, about 20 minutes on the number 7 subway from Grand Central, but the... More

We went to a game in 2010, arrived late and the Mets lost plus the seats were not great. This time we were front row in 300's looking right out toward first base. It was also the night of the Boyz II Men concert and our seats turned out to be very good for that as well. Bathrooms were okay,... More

I heard a lot of negative reviews prior to my first visit but can honestly say that I was thoroughly impressed with the building and all the facilities offered. Lots of different restaurants and "club" areas (which were great during our rain delay). We were in the middle deck and I thought the views were great throughout. Would love for... More

Citifield is a clean and modern ball park. Sadly the rain did not cooperate with us and we only stayed throughout the first rain delay. Because we were there for such a short time we didn't eat. Parking was easy and for New York I thought $22 for on site parking was a pretty good deal.

This is the 10th MLB ballpark we've visited and frankly, it's average at best. Reviewers gushing about this park just haven't been around the league or have set the bar low. Access is difficult. Forget driving and parking unless you intend to tailgate or make a day or night of it. The 7 train from Manhattan gets you directly to... More

A nice new stadium but has an awful team. Parking was a bit pricey ($22). Price and quality of the food was about what you would expect for a major city ball park.

I went to watch the Mets play the Nationals (neither of whom I really care about but Bartolo Colon was pitching, so). This was my first trip to Citi Field. I'm not going to write an extensive review because all the new ballparks I've visited have pretty decent amenities. Two things stood out for me. One, the burgers made with... More

Despite being a fan of another NL East team 2 hours south on 95, I was quite impressed by the ballpark! Great views of the field from most any seat, great selection of food and beer venues. My favorite part was walking in through the Jackie Robinson rotunda, a great memorial and tribute to Mr. Robinson. We happened to be... More

As a person who goes to many different ballparks each year, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival to Citi Field. This ballpark is great! It is new, clean and beautiful. The food choices are great (definitely try Shake Shack if you have not. Their burgers, fries and shakes are amazing.) Take a walk around the park,... More

My husband, brother in law, his gf and myself saw a Mets game early August 2014 at Citi Field. It's super easy to get to by train from NYC and you just follow the crown to the ticket gates. we bought out tickets at the ticketing windows which only took about 15mins. it's a huge stadium but you quickly find...
