My husband & I did this for our anniversary & we loved it! Such a beautiful ride. We signed up for the 2 hour ride months ahead, but about a month prior they asked if we'd be willing to do a 5 hour ride with others at no extra cost. Ummm, yea! Lol! For the first half they took it... More

Did the 3 hour ride and had a great time. Stopped at a small lake and rode through the water. Very peaceful and beautiful setting.

This was my second time doing a one hour trail ride with Adirondack Saddle Tours; first was two years ago. As someone who was thrown from a horse that resulted in a broken hip, it is a big deal for me to even get on one. At Adirondack Saddle Tours they really take into account the type of horse I... Call ahead to make reservations. The staff is friendly and provide a quick overview of horseback riding. It is not necessary to have prior riding experience to enjoy the ride. We took the hour long tour ($40 each) which was a trip to a state preserve that is adjacent to the stable. As I was in the back I could... More

Great experience. Low key approach with beautiful horses knowledgeable and friendly staff. We rode Smokey, Blue and Bob, but all of the horses were great on the trail. Call ahead for reservations.

We took an hour ride and had a great time. The leaders were very patient with my children and talked them through when we got stuck. The horses were calm and easy to handle and we had a great ride! Thanks so much for a wonderful afternoon! You all were fantastic!

The staff are so friendly and give excellent directions. They explain things and engage everyone in conversation the whole length of the trails.

Making reservation required 6 phone calls. And after finally getting one, another reservation appeared on our schedule. Then my credit card was ran thru twice, and getting that fixed was very stressful and time consuming. This is not what I nedded on my vacation. But the ride for my daughter was very enjoyable, the horses well cared for and well trained. Schedule your reservation... More

Neither my wife nor I had been up on horses in quite a few years, but the trail horses were friendly and easygoing. We were lucky enough to fall into a great deal, but the day was worth far more than we were charged - a long walk into the woods to a beautiful lake away from the highways with... More
