My husband and I shared two tastings so that we could taste 5 whites and 5 reds. A tasting ($5) included a tasting glass and a snack plate (cracker with spinach cheese spread, cheese, cracker and chocolate). The tasting fee was waived with a $30 purchase. Our hostess was friendly and very informative. We left with a semi-dry Reisling, a... More

Excellent wines, delightful service, relaxed atmosphere. Located back from the highway, the hillside tasting center overlooks beautiful Keuka Lake. Both red and white wines are featured with tasty nibbles to enhance the experience. Definitely worth a visit!

My fiancé and I visited this winery for the first time. We were the only ones in there which was nice for us. It has pretty views and the staff were friendly. We each tried different wines. We got given crackers and cheese and chocolates to try with our wines. The best wine and most popular wine is the black... More

This is not your big commercial winery. It has great access to the Southern Tier Expressway (I-86) and has a great view of the Keuka Lake Pt. Fun wines, charming setting, good noshies. No big crowds here, just a fun, unpretentious Finger Lakes wine tasting experience. One small issue for the fussy crowd: the bathroom facilities are port-a-potties.

If you want to taste wine with the best view of Keuka Lake, then go to McGregor Vineyard. This is a "sit down" tasting! The servers bring you a plate of snacks to nibble on during the tasting. My favorite was the Black Russian... Pricey but so good for a red in The Finger Lakes.

We tasted at this winery on a group tour we took on Saturday. The tastings also included a small plate of crackers/chocolate and it is here that my husband bought his most expensive wine selection, a Russian Red which he obviously enjoyed. A beautiful view of the lake with chairs/picnic tables. We also bought some grapeseed oil to try from... More

This is a very intimate winery. There is a small plate of sample items to pair with the various wines. Staff was friendly, but service was slow. However, in such a relaxing atmosphere - slow is not a bad thing.

Based on a recommendation, we took the scenic drive up the east side of Keuka Lake and found this adorable winery/vineyard! On Saturdays in the summer they are open late (8pm) with live music starting at 5pm, we were perfectly situated, a gorgeous view of the lake and wonderful music to taste wine to. Since our guests had never been... More

We truly enjoy the wines at McGregor. The tasting room is very pleasant and we always get personal service and attention. The sample plate is a nice touch and the wines are fantastic; one of the only places to get not only good whites, but really good reds in the finger lakes. The wines are pricey, but well worth it.

This was one of our top vienyards based on the combination of good wines (while this is a matter of taste, I found a range of wines that were very pleasing to my palatte; a view that is second to none on the wine trail (this is high praise as many have good views) and finally helpful and freindly staff....
