My girlfriend and I went for wine tasting during mid week when there are no crowds so take this review based upon that. The wine was ok. The best wine I sampled was a 2012 Cabernet. My girlfriend enjoyed the frozen Sangria which hit the spot on a very hot august day. The grounds looked beautiful but we didn't get... More

I didn't hate it as much as some of the other reviewers, but it is something to talk about. The was no organization at the outdoor tent for the wine tastings with tokens. I waited 20 minutes just to get my samples. I witnessed and heard several people spit out/talk of spitting out their wine. Heard AWFUL feedback about the... More

We visited in September on a beautiful weekend. You can't beat the value of this place! You get unlimited barbeque and 6 wines to sample. The samples can be combined to get full or half glasses. Service was attentive, even with the crowds! Definitely would go back.

Any vineyard that charges a cover charge to get in is not my kind of vineyard. Part of going to the vineyards is to relax and enjoy the atmosphere, not to feel like your out clubbing. Now not everyday is that kind of experience but any day is too many days for me. I went with a group of people... More

Only vineyard we visited where they have "bouncers" at the door collecting money before u can go in n taste. That's after parking deep in the vineyard n walking forever as limos get to park in the front! The watered down alcohol, not suited to b called wine, is served in plastic cups. Could b catchy if it didn't tastes... More

Where to begin? This "winery" was chosen by our tour operator and though I thought I'd keep an open mind, I'm sorry I let her talk me into it after I read the mixed reviews. The place is an outdoor club complete with bouncers asking for ID and giving you a hand stamp. There were no chairs set up inside... More

I have to start out by saying the grounds are beautiful with lots of tables outside to sit and enjoy your wine...with that being said...the wine was not that good...actually the "red table wine" was probably the best of the lot. The woman helping us was also "ehhh" she could take it or leave it without explaining anything about the... More

This place is, without question, the WORST "winery" on Long Island. I hesitate to even call it a winery because what it actually is, is a daytime nite club filled with the most reprehensible d-bags Long Island has to offer. Think "Jersey Shore" only with 50% more idiots. Think I'm exaggerating? All you need to do is Google "Vineyard 48"... More

We went here with a group to find a cover charge, the wine servers did not know the deals the place offered, wine was inferior. If it wasn't for the little cigar shop, there would be no reason to stop here when so many nice wineries dot the North Fork.

Went here with a group, the wine was so bad that I didn't use all my tastings. The only somewhat decent thing about this place was the music selection, however it was way too loud.
