We visited Crotin Point Park as part of our trip to Crotin-On-Hudson Dam. It was a nice place to walk along the Hudson River or go out on the pier a ways. You could see a large bridge from there as well as places on the mountainside. A train travels along the river bank on the opposite side. There is a... More

We were looking for midweek walking w/nice scenery & we certainly found it! It's the low season, so it was quiet & free parking. There were plenty of picnic benches and BBQs available (portaloos only though) & it was clean everywhere. Beautiful Hudson river views abound!

This is a really nice park. There is plenty of room to walk, bike, fish, or just relax. Plenty of places to picnic also. The park also offers camping for those so inclined. It also offers really nice views of the Hudson. The park has many options of things to do. As you may imagine it gets crowded on weekends.

They have tent camping, class A, C & fifth wheelers. Our site was only 30 Amps but since it was chilly didn't even notice. During the week it's quiet during the weekend not so much. It's a bit tight to park. I would recommend site 26-28 they all seemed to have obstructed views of water & sunset. Definitely saw gnats... More

Love the views and walks in the fall and winter. My dogs love to walk along the shoreline, but there are many different trails to follow.

It is a very good spot for camping, so go here. There is plenty to do (except when it's pitch black)

Sailed 7 hours from Staten Island and anchored in Half Moon Bay. Beautiful place to spend weekend on sailboat. Only 2 things to note. There is a jerk in every crowd. One idiot blasted music @ 1 AM for 2 hours and 2 of 3 restaurants in town were closed on Sunday. Had great barbeque at Memphis Mae's 1/2 mile... More
