Newer boat with comfortable seating. Great views. You need cash and they only sell tickets if there are 10 or more people interested in your trip time. Nice staff. Parking is on top of the hill not down by the dock. Not much parking.

We took an hour long boat tour of the lake on a platoon boat. IAs we went up the lake the guide told us about the history of the lake and surrounding areas.

Beautiful lake from shore, nice boat but there's no need to be on the lake tour beyond the first 15 minutes. The last 45 minutes are simply views of what seems to be the same group of trees. The Kingfisher Tower was interesting but not worth an hour or $16 for the trip. One word ... boring.

Yes, this is just a boat ride, but it is a nice way to spend an hour or so relaxing, catch a few rays and just chill out. Cooperstown offers a lot to do and see, time relaxing is rewarding. Beverages (yes, legal beverages are available) and snacks are available. There is something about open water and wind in your... More

Lake is beautiful, and the hour ride on the lake is well worth it. Brief history of the area is included which will help you learn more about the area

I took my family on this cruise since they had not been on the lake yet. The tour was nice but a bit pricey for what you get.

Take cash to get tickets they don't take credit cards. Only sell tickets 15 prior to departure. 1/2 hour ride out and back with some very quick recorded area info on the way out. Bar on board was pricy and mixed and frozen drinks were not well prepared. No local beer or wine selections! Boat was very clean.

The vessel is very comfortable has indoor and outdoor seating. The narration is very informative, and does not last the entire time, so you can enjoye private conversations. There is food and drink available on board. The cost is reasonable for the time of the ride.

As a first time visitor to Cooperstown and a fisherman, I was intrigued with Otsego and wanted to take a boat ride to see the source of the Susquehanna River and the beauty of this largely unspoiled lake. The Glimmerglass Queen offers several trips this time of year with a 10-person minimum to take the tour. The minimum is very... More

My husband, Mother and I visited Cooperstown the last week of August and wanted to take a tour of Lake Otsego. Admission was $16 a person, and the boat ride takes about an hour. We arrived about 15 min. before the next launch. No one was manning the ticket booth (the lady inside said someone would be back in a... More
